  1. Why not? He's in last year of contract. We literally need 8 to 10 games out of him and make a playoff push.
  2. Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero) tweeted at 5:01 p.m. on Mon., Sep. 30, 2019:Speaking of A.J. Green, he’s working out pregame here. Medical checkup scheduled late this week. https://t.co/ySWNup0uQO(https://twitter.com/TomPelissero/status/1178776971301593088?s=03)
  3. I'm going to pile back in here on this. He's literally the perfect rental player. 1. We have the cash. 2. He's a free agent next year so we can let him walk if we dont want to pay the big bucks. 3. Compensation pick? 4. Next year is a great wide receiver draft. Why not take a chance and make a run. This is a playoff team with a superbowl caliber defense. Would AJ Green make us better to make a run. Answer. Yes.
  4. Rent AJ green for rest of year. No cap hit next year...compensation pick potentially and well he's good.
  5. A testament to McDermott and the staff having them all in all the time.
  6. Tough loss yes...but it is completely weird to me that we are down 13-0 to the patriots in a terrible start to the game and I was actually thinking we would come back to win. Normally that game goes sideways and we get blown out. This team is different. This D will keep us in every game and the offense can score points when needed (usually). Anyone else feel this yesterday. No stress...almost knowing we would make a game of it.
  7. Never mind intentional grounding how about the non facemask call on allen. Wtf?
  8. I'm aware. But we have 1 game then bye week and he's back at practice. Also. I'd even take more reps by foster right now over say as am alternative.
  9. Will AJ Green be available? And if so...do we make a move? I honestly think it will happen before deadline. He's what could out this team over the hump.
  10. Kay with Kyle on pregame...could that be better?
  11. How much would the line shift in that case if we knew that at the beginning of the week? Pat's only 3 point favs? Less? Edelman not playing is a big deal for that offense based on history.
  12. I like the one thing he said. Their defense doesn't make mistakes. It's pretty rare we do. He is going to try and move up the field 5 yards at a time. We need to be disciplined and tackle well.
  13. Exactly. And if you listen you get good nuggets but its mixed in with the same answers over and over so you miss it most times.
  14. I hate the Patriots with a passion. Having said that I love belichick's pressers. This one in particular is more complimentary than he normally is (towards us) and he is more talkative than normal. What I take away from this is despite his aloof nature this man is a genius. Watch this and you get am understanding of how much he knows about the bills. It's actually quite crazy. Knows all the names, all the specifics about the defense. Dude doesn't miss anything which is why he is such a good coach. Attention to detail. On the Bills side...he respects McDermott you can tell and he's most concerned about the secondary. In general it's not the same old, "oh ya he's a good player next" ...he isn't glossing over this roster.
  15. Article included. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2019/09/bills-josh-allen-vs-bill-belichick-defense-is-mismatch-at-level-of-challenging-adele-to-karaoke-contest-says-cbs-sports-writer.html
  16. I read one today saying allen going up against Billy mcCheater is like challenging adele to a karaoke contest. While I think that is a funny comparison I disagree. Yes bill will make josh uncomfortable and try and make him do the things he's not comfortable doing but let's be honest. How do you gameplan for Josh? I'm sure Bill is also worried about a guy that rarely sticks to the script and even when you have him you dont. (Ask Atkins) While the media is very one sided I dont feel it's a lock that the Pat's will figure allen out or have a ton of success against our D. Bill's 27 Pat's 21. Go Bills.
  17. 4 wides with foster getting more playing time. Alternate foster and splitting knox out. I don't think they have the secondary depth to guard everyone. Then run from that look at we should be able to pound the rock.
  18. I hear you but you also do realize that the Pat's take away our strength on offense every single game right
  19. Bring 1 extra man most plays. He eats you up when you bring 6 or more. 5 guys coming and mixing it up is the way to beat him. Everyone says you need pressure with front 4 but giants brought 5 almost the entire last superbowl they won against Pat's. They just changed who they were. Corner here safety here LBer there.
  20. I think you see Oliver get moved around this week to try and change that.
  21. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27680783/barnwell-stacking-surprises-nfl-seven-3-0-teams A little love forum ESPN above. Total yards - 6th Points - 6th Takeaways - 2nd This includes some garbage Time yards. How good could they be?
