You can't fault the guy that's drawing the pension; he worked his job, and left the retirement part to his employer. However, if I lived in NYC, and had to pay taxes for that kind of rubbish (hehe), I'd be outraged. The days of pensions are over. But one can't be mad at the people now claiming them.
