Tell that to Eagles GM Howie Roseman and Ravens GM Eric DeCosta just to name a few teams who draft late like us every season. Unlike Beane, those GM's find blue chip talent way more than Beane does

The man sucks in rounds 1-3 but is great in 4-7 which makes him a decent GM. My biggest gripe with Beane is this team lacks blue chip talent and this is a biproduct of struggling to draft blue chip talent in premium rounds 1-3. Beane is struggling to build a great defensive line despite spending a lot of money and premium draft picks along the defensive line. Hopefully Beane hits on Jackson, Sanders, and Walker.

You and I obviously disagree on the definition of what a ''good player and productive player'' is. In my opinion, a ''good player'' is a starter or deserves to start. A ''productive player'' is a backup or role player. Having said that, from 2018-2024, Brandon Beane drafted 15 players in rounds 2 and 3, and traded away an additional two 3rd round picks for Rasul Douglas and Amari Cooper, which makes it a subtotal of 17 picks. 2018: Harrison Phillips 2019: Cody Ford, Devin Singletary, Dawson Knox 2020: A.J. Epenesa, Zack Moss 2021: Boogie Basham, Spencer Brown 2022: James Cook, Terrel Bernard 2023: O’Cyrus Torrence, Dorian Williams 2024: Keon Coleman, Cole Bishop, DeWayne Carter In my opinion, 5 of the highlighted names above of the 15 total names drafted by Brandon Beane are wasted draft picks because they didn't live up to expectations from premium 2nd and 3rd round draft picks. As far as the 2024 draft goes, it's too early to determine whether or not Coleman, Bishop and Carter are worth 2nd and 3rd round picks, but as of today Bishop and much more so Carter, aren't looking good which could very well end up being a total of 7 bad premium draft picks we didn't get a good return on investment on. I changed my mind and listed Rasul Douglas as worthy of giving up a 3rd round pick because he gave us 2 good years as CB2. We drafted Edefuan Ulofoshio with the 5th round pick we received from the Packers in the Rasul Douglas trade. Ulofoshio is a failure and just got released. Amari Cooper on other hand is a wasted 3rd round pick because the return on investment was a pathetic 1 year rental who played a total of 8 games and only got 20 receptions for 297 yards and 2 TD's, and in addition was a ghost in the AFC Championship game when we needed him the most had only 4 catches for 33 yards. By my count, Ford, Singletary, Epenesa, Moss, Basham, and giving up a 3rd round pick in a trade for Amari Cooper, makes it a minimum of 6 wasted draft picks out of 12 from 2018 to 2023. There's a very good odds that it'll end up being 8 wasted draft picks IF Bishop and Carter continues to struggle and not live up to expectations.

AJ Epenesa has only 21.5 sacks in 5 seasons which averages out to be only 4.3 sacks per season which means he's just another guy and not worth a premium 2nd round pick (54th overall). Just because Epenesa got an extension doesn't make Epenesa a good draft pick, bad stats don't lie. As far as Singletary goes, 3rd round picks should be starters not backups. Singletary is a backup.

From Brandon Beane's first year as GM of the Bills in 2018 through 2024, in rounds 2 and 3, Brandon Beane wasted a subtotal of 6 premium draft picks the past 7 seasons from 2018 to 2024. Kincaid, Coleman, Bishop, and Carter remains to be seen, but at the moment it's not looking good for Bishop and more so for Carter. 2nd rounders wasted Basham Epenesa 3rd rounders wasted: Moss Singletary Cooper (Trade) Douglas (Trade)

Dugger is a Strong Safety, we need upgrades at Free Safety

McD defensive philosophy is conservative, bland and not creative, not aggressive, and soft like Charmin

Beane better sign or trade for a Free Safety because Hamlin straight sucks and Bishop isn’t ready for the regular season and like Hamlin he just might suck too Buffalo Joe looks lost in coverage. He needs to go.

Beane desperately needs to sign or trade for a Free Safety. Hamlin shouldn’t even be a backup and Bishop isn’t ready for the regular season because he missed so much valuable reps in training camp.

I prefer to trade 30 for a swap in the 2nd and a 3rd round pick. Then I’d offer our early 4th, 5th, and 6th round picks (109, 169, and 177 overall) which is worth a grand total of 120.4 points (according to DRAFTEK NFL Trade Value Chart) to the Browns for their 3rd round pick 94th overall which is worth 124 points. This trade gets me from pick 109 to 94 which is a 15 team leap. Add all these moves up and I’ll have a grand total of 8 draft picks which include Three 2nd rounders, 3rd, 4th, two 5ths, and a 6th.

We need an upgrade at Free Safety. Damar Hamlin is at best a backup . Darrick Forrest has upside and the potential to be our starting Safety next season. My concern is he only started once in the past 4 years in 2022, albeit a damn good one with 79 Total Tackles and 4 INT’s. Having said that, I voted for Andrew Makuba. Despite below average height, weight, arm length, and hands, Makuba is in the 86 percentile in the 40 yard dash, and 78 percentile in the 10 yard split, has a mind boggling 90 PFF grade, and was a ballhawk last season with 5 INT’s. Makuba is also taylor made for our Zone Defense. The bottom line is the kid is a baller.

I beg to differ. Tennessee selects Ward first overall. Sanders will most likely not get past the Giants. If so, Hunter or Carter will be available with the Patriots 4th overall pick

When it’s all said and done, the Patriots are the biggest winners in the draft because they’ll draft one of the two best players in this draft which is Carter or Hunter

Any armchair draftnik knew Kincaid’s scouting report before the draft said he’s much more suited as a slot receiver as opposed to a traditional in line tight end because he’s not a good blocker. Also, It’s painfully obvious Beane didn’t understand the fact that we already have Shakir as our starting slot receiver and a damn good one to boot which means we didn’t need Kincaid and is a waste of a draft pick.
