Yep….I know it’s early, but I’m already sick of Mahomes for the season.

Excited to see what the young guys can do. Thrilled about Torrence. Don’t know why they don’t just play Elam (he’s looked good in all the games he’s been counted on) but excited for Benford. Great depth at CB. Really hoping Bernard can take the step up this year. Dodson was awful in the preseason. I believe people around draft time were praising Bernard’s instincts so here’s hoping! If it starts to go sideways, I hope McD learned from the Peterman situation and gets him out of there for Kirksey. Give him some time for sure, but don’t let your like for the player and his college coach cloud your judgement.

Yeah, I agree there really isn’t a great answer. Maybe someone after cuts, but pretty unlikely they can come in and call the defense only a couple weeks out. Evans isn’t a great option, but I like his speed. Honestly, the only real option I see on the roster is the rook. Might just have to live with the growing pains. Though I don’t think they’ll do it. Dodson and Klein ain’t it.

I don’t know what they are going to do at MLB this year. I know they are tight on the cap, but I’m shocked they are this unprepared at that position. Either start the rook or go grab a guy like Rashan Evans.

Agreed that there is a list of teams I’d think would be (should be) more interested than the Bills. A few of them named within this thread. I think he’d be the perfect backup to Josh, but unlikely Beane parts with the necessary resources to land him.

Would love him as QB2. Very similar skill set to Josh. Not saying he’s Josh or as good as Josh. Josh is a unicorn. That said, Lance could benefit a lot from being his understudy. That said, I see some other QB starved or uncertain organization taking a swing before Beane does. A team like the Vikings makes a lot of sense. Sit a year behind Cousins. Could be wrong, but I think Lance may even be from Minnesota.
