Romo with some more boot licking.

Kid had some great measurables. It will be interesting to see how he produces with Boyd gone and the other injuries. Might be his big break.

For all the accolades Payton gets as a coach he seems lost without Brees. Nix has (give or take) 160 yards passing in his first 50 throws.
-
Should be quite the passing clinic Broncos vs Steelers.
-
Gabe Davis 1 catch on 5 targets. I was never a Gabe hater but that stat line seems about right.
-
Nabers and Singletary both having good games considering how bad the Giants look.
-
Anyone else see the way jacoby went down. Might see Maye in NE.

How long has Rogers been in the league ................ delay of game? Probably killing the first drive after halftime.
-
Kubiak in NO coming over from San Fran a lot of pedigree there. NO looks like a different team.

Saints gonna hang a 40 burger on the Cowgirls.
-
Is Jones that bad or has Daboll lost it? What's the Giants major malfunction?
-
Saints pounding some Cowgirls.

Maybe the Titans are just keyed on the run .............. or the Jets suck at run blocking.

He's taking the profit and making calculated deep shots instead of waiting for the deep shots to open up every play. Less sacks, less turnovers, and he's actually averaging more yards per pass partly because he's connecting on an even higher percentage of passes. You run the ball and take the short stuff the deep passes you do take are more likely to be there. Honestly Josh has missed most of the called deep shots and they were there. His numbers would be even better.

Gabe Davis led the WR's in snap count in 2022 and 2023. I think Coleman has a skill set that lends itself to being on the field in almost any set. I still think Hollins is the Gabe replacement but Coleman is a plus receiver who can also do all the dirty work.

Tyreek Hill apparently arrested this morning…

Not according to lawyers.com. Reckless driving is a misdemeanor. I mean maybe not in Florida. Where I live you stand a good chance of going to jail with reckless driving or 30 over. https://legal-info.lawyers.com/criminal/traffic-violations/can-a-speeding-ticket-be-a-misdemeanor-or-felony.html -

Trying to think of the last time I was walking down a busy street in a 30 mph zone and had a car go by at 60mph (at least) and thought to myself boy I hope the cops treat that guy nice when they catch him. -

It starts with thinking you are better than everyone else and you have the right to play speed racer in heavy traffic. At least a couple times a year some NFL player runs over some innocent people driving like a clown. Everyone is lucky this story didn't have that in it. -
Waiting for some all 22 but Murray averaged 5 yards per pass and the two big missed tackles I've seen in the replays so far were Bernard and later Elam (on the kickoff coverage). It would easy to say it was a problem with the safeties but I haven't seen that yet. Not saying it isn't true but my thinking is the first half scheme needed a change and then everything got better.

Bills Coordinators Need To Be Much Better
Maine-iac replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall
By the same token Josh is so good on so many plays they can't admit when the OC called a great play action play and Allen just missed the TD shot. I've read dozens of comment saying why run the ball and why no play action and yet we set up the shot, took it, and Allen just missed it. Can't blame the play caller for that. -
Elam has repeatedly had problems tackling. His coverage has improved to the point where he could arguably be counted on but he has yet to string together a series of games where he doesn't miss some tackles that make you think you will never stop the other teams rushing attack with him in the game. Today there were 3 guys the kick returner ran through and they were 5, 41, and 22. That would be Elam, Gilliam, and Davis with the majority of the blame landing on Elam.

Just remembered White plays for the Rams now. Coincidence the Lions aren't throwing the a ball? I'm kidding. Haven't heard his name called yet.

James Cook - good start but brutal numbers after that
Maine-iac replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
We set it up, we ran it, Allen missed the TD. Hopefully we keep doing it. The TD was there and Allen will hit it next time.
