  1. Anyone saying this is an overreaction, I say this is just another example of him blowing up in frustration and helping the defense to self-destruct. This isn't a one time event, he's done this many times in the past. Does McDermott put up with it or try to fix it with him? Jerry Hughes will be 30 going into next year with one of the largest contracts on the team. I think they'd rather use it on someone with composure that can help lead a defense back to playing well even after a series of poor plays. He seems to do the opposite and melts down only hurting the team. To me, that doesn't fit the process. JMO
  2. I wouldn't take humber off the field but Milano needs to play more. And Humber didn't have a good game. He was in charge of clogging a lot of the holes that lead to big rushes in that game. He looked tired and slow. We need speed on the field at that position, not tired legs like he showed throughout the game. Sure he made a few plays but he gave up some big ones
  3. This has become a reoccurring thing with him. He makes big penalties in big games. To me, they will be looking for his replacement soon. Those penalties are unacceptable.
  4. They should be embarrassed that they played like this in their one game on national television. Offensive line don't deserve to be paid tonight.
  5. How about a draw play to stop them from sacking us every other play
  6. The luxury a wide out has when catching the ball that far down field is he has time before the rest of the team gets there. The ball boy clearly did his job in getting the ball to the refs. You do know they literally stand there and hand the ball to the refs immediately after a play is over. Not an issue
  7. No. We'd have to get rid of too much depth that we may need down the stretch
  8. We can cross wideout off of the list of needs in the top two rounds of the draft. Now we can focus on defense and other holes in the draft...Wow!
  9. Didn't say we were, pointed out what Buffalo may have been offered and that we are valuing him as we should. I am for keeping him.
  10. Exactly! We have a ton of picks for the first time in a while. Why give up that luxury midyear? Let's wait and see what happens
  11. Yes, it is good but still hurt sometimes. He's an older back. Could easily miss a few games at any given time. But I think we both agree, a mid-round back in this deep running back class would be beneficial.
  12. Everyone saying, it's just a fifth round pick they don't have much value...we have a fifth round rookie starting and a fifth round QB who has played well and is at the very least our future backup. Plus, our 6th round pick has been a contributor on special teams. Those picks do hold value if you find players that fit the scheme well.
  13. He's yet to play a full 16 game season with Buffalo so far...don't know how you can say he doesn't have durability issues. Sure early in his career he was fine but he has dealt with injuries every year he's been here.
  14. I think it's telling how much Buffalo values Glenn that Seattle gave up a 19' second rounder, an 18' 5th rounder and Jeremy Lane for Brown. They said Buffalo's price was too high. Looks like we are actually valuing a left tackle that is in his prime. Makes me wonder what Buffalo asked for.
  15. You do know we have some holes to fill...and depth. Why jump the gun mid-year and limit your options?
  16. You mustn't understand the Cover 2. It gives up yards between the twenties through the air. That's why teams have thrown on us. However, it becomes very hard in the redzone to score on the cover 2. The Bills are 3rd in rush defense this year and did well against the Raiders even without MD. Coaching also matters...
  17. Could happen, who knows? But I just think they hold a lot of stock in chemistry. Hence replacing the malcontent players on the team.
  18. They revamped the secondary for about what Hilton's cap numbers are...
  19. Great point! Our in-game adjustments have been great this year.
  20. What about chemistry? Do you take no stock in that?
  21. This Bills defense is slightly different than last year's haha
  22. So he doesn't fit what the coaches are trying to do...him leaving is probably a good thing for the team. Exactly the same thought process as trading Watkins, Darby and Dareus. Drake is a better fit for Gase's offense
  23. I disagree with letting Zo call plays. While yes he is a veteran, he hasn't been a starter or even played that much on defense in his career. More of a special teams guy. That's not someone I'd feel extremely confident in calling even a few plays on the field. He's a solid veteran but calling plays is a bit over the top in my opinion.
