  1. Foster being active is a surprise to me. Same with Vontae inactive.
  2. I have been blown away by the product this organization has provided for fans since the Pegulas took over & brought in Bean and McDermott. I’m not even referring to wins and losses or the end of the drought. Its everything else. It’s One Bills Live, it’s the social media efforts from random pictures and articles to player pieces and interviews. Everything has been upgraded. Embedded is an incredible treat. I love how the most recent episode ended. McDermott seems genuine. The players seem to respect him and like him. I believe every single one of them wants to play for him. It seems like they made a huge concerted effort to modernize, upgrade, and enhance fan access to the team. I think this organization right now is doing things right. They are doing things classy and they are self aware of that fact and as a result are happy to provide fans with more as a result. The engagement has a much different feel in my opinion than in previous years. When this organization says they love their fans and want to win for the city of Buffalo it seems genuine. All of the effort feels like an open invitation to fans to come take a seat at the dinner table with the family. Before the Pegulas, before Bean & McDermott it often felt like fan engagement and media output was more of an obligatory afterthought whereas now it is a priority. Am I imagining this or do others feel the same?
  3. If I’m an opposing defense have my guys squatting on any short routes especially outside the numbers for the pick six - combine Petermans velocity with our slow WRs and inability to pass protect and it’s a no brainer - the ball has to be out quick and it doesn’t get there that fast. I like Petermanans rooted for him to start over Tyrod but we have to prove he can throw the ball down the field well to stop the squatting on the timing routes he loves. BUT - can we protect Nate long enough to throw it further down the field??
  4. Let’s hope Daboll doesn’t call any timing hook routes or outs on the sidelines or it’ll be pick 6 time.
  5. We’re just waiting on Dez to lose all semblance of self respect and dignity as to be willing to sign with Buffalo. I’d be happy with KB and Dez on the outside and Zay in the slot.
  6. So we did trade with the Raiders - just not for Mack.
  7. I'd be shocked if he were. This is worst case scenario for us. His trade value is going down by the second too.
  8. I wish I could see All 22 right now. I hate how you can't see if any receivers are open.
  9. Damn the overreactions to a pre-season game played by 90% backups and dudes that won't make the roster are hilarious to me in this thread. Be worried about - the OL, AJ stinking it up and the fact that Coleman and Zay do not look like starting caliber players but a lot goes into all of that. I'm more interested in roster cuts from other teams and seeing who is brought in because we will be bringing in some help and of course I'm also waiting for an official starter at QB to be named.
  10. No but we should believe our eyes when we see that we are struggling to get pressure on the quarterback or keep our own QBs off their backs. Can Hughes, Murphy, Lawson, Alexander etc get some pass rush going? Can we find a way to protect whoever is under center? These are the questions I’m struggling with right now. Roster cuts and potential upgrades becoming available could change the outlook somewhat. This is is a less sexy concern but this is honestly way higher on my concern list than who is actually under center week 1.
  11. I’d rather not it be completely random people - especially if any money is involved. I’d hope even though I don’t know people on this board in real life there would be some form of integrity.
  12. Money league is preferred but no crazy expensive leagues. I’m thinking $50 or less as an entrance fee I’d be down to join. (If more let me know and I’ll decide) My preferred fantasy league settings are: Standard Scoring No kickers. No individual defensive players. 12 team league is preferred but I’d go probably as low as an 8. I am willing to play PPR or Half PPR and in leagues with kickers but I won’t join a league where I have to select defensive players as opposed to a team defense.
  13. Hes been here for like 5 minutes. I’d be impressed if he knows the playbook at this point.
  14. QB competition wise all I learned is that our offensive line sucks and I’m not just going off of this game. AJ McCarron had ZERO chance with our first team OL against the Browns 1st team DL resulting in an injury and 4 straight 3 and outs. This week was eerily similar in that regard. We are fortunate he wasn’t the 2nd starter in a row to pick up an injury in consecutive weeks. Allen had no chance. The few times he had some time he looked pretty good. Some drops, a bunch of penalties a few good throws and 2 misses I can remember when backed up behind the sticks. Hopefully some teams around the league cut some interior lineman due to cap space or other reasons that can be considered upgrades for us to pick up.
  15. I like Barkley a lot but not at #4 overall on a team that hasn’t run the ball well in several years. Gurley is easily the consensus #1 overall RB. If he falls to 4 you should be extremely happy.
  16. The announcers are so Baker loving that they failed to even point out that he stupidly threw the ball away out of bounds on 4th down with time to throw ??‍♂️??‍♂️?
  17. Well the Bills are trash in Madden. It’s not a shot st the Bills per say but at the Bills ratings in Madden. I do hope Davis for one performs way better in real life than he plays in Madden.
  18. Definitely not Hunt. I think the 3rd isn’t much value over where you should be drafting him. McCaffery in the 4th is good but for me you take Diggs and you may get either McCaffrey or Hunt in the 3rd or 4th anyway. Those higher round picks have too much value. If you stick with McCaffrey in the 4th especially in a PPR league now you can go WR in 2 if the first 3 rounds and get ur other running back as well so now you have 2 great options at WR & RB already after 4 rounds. I’d still go Diggs tho.
  19. Bell for me. The Cowboys offense could really struggle. Zeke will see loaded boxes all year long Bc the Cowboys don’t have any weapons that scare anybody other than Elliot. As for Johnson - that offensive line stinks and I’m not a huge fan of either Bradford or a rookie qb. Johnson will have a large workload and be good but he could also face a lot of loaded boxes. The Steelers offense has weapons everywhere and Bell will continue to benefit.
