Agreed. I watched ucla specifically last year to watch rosen. Its not close to me in terms of throwing the ball. He is by far the best qb in the class. All these supposed off field concerns are nonsense. The concussions are a bit of an issue, but it wouldnt stop me from taking him ahead of any other qb. How can he be projected ahead of rosen though? Theres nothing he does throwing the ball thats any better than rosen imo. His throwing motion is awful, not as good an arm either. Slightly more athletic yes, but darnold isnt going to be scrambling around a whole lot either. Rosen did not have a lot of top tier talent around him offensively, and he elevated that entire offense Their defense was awful, and they had to score practically every time they had the ball just to stay in games

Not sure if serious? Jets are def taking a qb. They signed teddy to a one year deal and he might not even beat out 40 yr old josh mccown. Teddy wasnt even that good before he got hurt, and the injury he had was pretty serious. Jets are taking a qb.

Exactly. We were lucky to get in with not that talented a roster and not that young either. I understand being patient but in our case being patient and waiting for a qb isnt going to work. Someone else will jump you and thats exactly what just happened

Just watched his presser and was honestly pretty blown away by his words and how he handled himself. He was always really poised at bama and you can see it here. Hated him in college cause i hate alabama but he made a lot of clutch throws, he is not going to be rattled Starter or not we are fortunate hes going to be in that qb room because hes going to work his ass off and whomever we draft, they are going to make each other better
