well I totally agree the defense improved a bit and the offense has regressed. but I refuse to nit pick games and base my arguments off such small sample sizes to support agendas, so I cant really ever take you too seriously. as you do it quite a bit... have a nice day.

dude. you're so far gone.... 4-2 over the last 6 weeks. you are going all the way back to freaking week 8 just to try and prove a dumb point.... they started hot. they lost 3 in a row middle of the season and then bounced back to snatch the playoffs with a late surge. that's literally nothing close to backing in. while we're on the pure luck train why don't we claim big bens last game drive to beat the ravens 4 weeks ago was also the only reason we are in. or maybe a loss they suffered back in September..... point being, if the Dalton play happens 3 weeks ago nobody is peddling that dumb narrative. look at the season as a whole. we did more than they did to get in over the course of 17 weeks. bottomline..... and finishing a season 4-2 after the benching of their qb is ANYTHING BUT BACKING IN. I don't know where you come up with this crap.... pretty soon your gonna be arguing next gen stats will prove somehow the fins can still sneak into the wildcard and blathering on about how good their coaching is.

This post is missing a huge factor and that’s the fact that this team won the games down the stretch that it needed to in order to get in. Ryan’s teams IMPLODED. 5-5 and it looked like it was all headed south. Mcdermott rallied the Troops and they then went INTO arrowhead for a win, conquered the snow game at long odds and then swept the fins. Ryans teams weren’t made up of that sort of “MAN STUFF”

They couldn’t stop the run. They couldn’t rush the passer. 26th in total yds. 18th in points against. They DID he timely turnovers. They had a knack for the big play but they weren’t very good as a whole this season. Better than the offense, I’ll give ya that. There Was a thread about it yesterday and I agree with it. This team could take the ball away and they didn’t give it away. And yiu’ll Usually win more than you lose that way. If the talent can catch up with those fundamentals we’re grinning.

You were in yards per game for the offense and I have no clue what that other stat is for the defense but let’s try and compare the same stats for each side no matter what we do please. Or not. Whatever.

This is like talking with a teenager that can’t take emotion out of it. The defense wasnt good this year. The offense wasn’t good this year. The team was good at causing turnover and not turning it over and that’s what got us some wins.

Do you use sense and reason when you read things? Do certain position have more of an impact or not? Answer the question please. nowhere did I say it was good. I just simply stated his point was weak becuz comparing the RT or linebackers impact on a game to a qb’s is foolish. Could we elaborate on what ranking you are talking about. Becuz they aren’t ranked well in a majority of defensive rankings so I’m assuming you are nit picking a stat to try and make an awful point.

You keep him around if you can’t find a free agent qb that might fit your system better or is more affordable with similar level of play. You still draft your QB NO MATTER WHAT. It took the bills doing what they needed to over the course of a full 16 games and the ravens didn’t. If people play this dumb game they could point back to any game the ravens lost and say “well we should thank Big Ben for that drive he had 4 weeks ago to beat the ravens. That’s the reason we are in the playoffs.” How foolish does that look? posters are using it as a way to downplay what transpired yesterday and it just so happens the people doing so also seem to have an axe to grind with a certain player on the team and will stop at nothing while nit picking anything they can from the situation to be “right” about him. And using a couple of Taylor’s worst outings to try and illustrate a broad picture of how he plays isn’t a great way to try and prove your point.
