Your initial point is that fans have gone over the top about WR. They absolutely have not. That's a different conversation than what do we do now that we're in this situation.

People have not gone crazy. It's obvious. We have Curtis Samuel, Khalil Shakir and Mack Hollins. That's really it. Even with all the defensive injuries last year, we beat KC in the playoffs if we weren't down to a checked-out Diggs and Trent Sherfield as our two weapons spazzing out all game while Shakir was the only one doing anything. WR matters so, sooo much more than a starting Safety or some rotational DL. Nobody has gone crazy. We've seen this team neglect WR year in/year out, and we've now seen it bite us when it matters most two years in a row.

I could be convinced to send them Pick 60 for Aiyuk. Definitely not 33, let alone both. He's going to command 30M per year. No way I'm trading away heavy pick premium for the right to pay a dude all that.

He just had a visible reaction when asked about BTJ.. maybe I'm off, but that was the read people seemed to have. After the Big 3 and BTJ, they clearly had all the other WR's as RD2 grades or lower. The thought is that maybe we were in talks with Philly to get ahead of Jax but Philly wouldn't budge off demanding Pick 60. That's just people piecing things together who have heard things.

Need to come away with a double dip, but aside from a trade for a vet WR.. they clearly have elevated Kincaid to the potential star of the passing game with a Green Bay type WR room. I wouldn’t count on Shakir, Samuel and two rookies to replace what Diggs gave us in his prime … but that also might not be needed. Still.. looking over at KC and I want to die: Pacheco Kelce Brown Rice Worthy They continue to invest for Mahomes… Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney haven’t worked out.. we’ll see if this group does.

Chiefs know the formula. Elite IOL + Kelce They know officials don’t call holding on Tackles in the Playoffs, so they just need the receivers to step up a bit.. which they did. Their defense couldn’t stop Allen without his WR2 and knowing he needed to be perfect with our mash unit defense.

No, lol.. it absolutely is not. He’s the oldest QB in the Draft and you don’t slow play QB’s for YEARS (plural) that are drafted in the Top 10.
