  1. Is there a reason why you’re so nasty all the time? Is it really necessary to be such a douche? I mean…really? And, nice deflection.
  2. You’re right….and maybe that’s true, and they know it. I guess we’re gonna see.
  3. I’m glad you posted the press conference where Trump asked the doctors about different sorts of potential Covid treatments. I remember watching that press conference live that day and just like then and now seeing it played back I still have ABSOLUTELY no idea why anyone would make a big deal out of it. So thanks for confirming my original opinion! Much appreciated.
  4. Another cool feature is that it appears that from the Field Level Bar/Restaurant you can actually look into the Bills Post Game Interview Room. So you can sit at barstools and watch the press interview the players and coaches. I assume they'll be piping in the sound.
  5. Rags...I'm not replying to you specifically, just making observations since many on here probably cannot 'read' drawings that well. It's all good. And yes, it looks like the parking within the old stadium is drawn differently, as if your idea of a special venue (tailgating, etc) may indeed be coming to fruition. There are definitely gates shown around the perimeter as if you'll need some sort of ticket to get into that venue.
  6. Another interesting element, is that if you look at the Site Plan, there is something shown where the current Stadium is located. You can clearly see parking stalls within that area, but there's a wall, fence (or something) shown around the perimeter of the Rich Stadium footprint, as is they are planning on preserving it in some way.
  7. It appears that the Concourse level has doors separating it from the plaza/perimeter side, meaning that you're somewhat protected from the elements when you're standing there, going to the restroom, or getting something to eat/drink. You're definitely under cover in the Concourse. We can also see however that there are NO doors separating it from the seating bowl, so it's not truly indoors.
  8. They're going to have to redevelop it. It's a large, prominent complex that will be pretty much sitting empty now. You could always get to SF on the BART before, but it was a bit more cumbersome before the rail extension. I think we used to take a shuttle to the Station.
  9. Now opening the views on my desktop computer, one thing that I think is pretty cool is that they are incorporating a small warm-up field inside the lower level right next to the Bills Locker Room. I've been on a few stadium tours, and don't know that I've seen that before. Also, it looks like the Field Level Bar/Restaurant may have one of those now-popular glass walls where you can stand and watch the players as they take the field.
  10. Good catch. Yep that Site Plan shows it pretty clearly.
  11. I’d agree, but from my cellphone I’m not seeing a cross section. Is there one?
  12. Back to the topic somewhat…if you’ve ever flown into Oakland for a Raiders game (it’s ugly) you’ll know that the stadium and arena are very close to the airport and sit in the same parking lot, right next to the freeway. If memory serves, they finally extended the light rail line (BART) over to the airport so you didn’t have to hop on a bus to get to the stadium from your flight. With the Athletics, Raiders and Warriors all now gone, I’ve gotta believe some are saying ‘what the heck’ was that rail line for? The money would’ve been better spent improving the sports venues and keeping the teams. Sheeesh.
  13. Funny story…we had a table top hockey game when we were kids. Played it for hours on end. Ours came with the Seals as one of the two teams. 🙄 As kids we didn’t even know who the Seals were!
  14. It’s rather unfortunate that these views do not include a cross section where you’d be able to see the actual extent of the roof overhang above the seating levels below.
  15. FYI: Tennessee just topped the new Bills stadium for public funding. The State and City are investing a combined total of $1.2 BILLION into the new Titans Stadium which is projected to cost close to $2.1 BULLION. Apparently the Bills are now trendsetters!
  16. Good morning. As I’ve been saying all along, the ‘renderings’ we’ve been shown to date are nothing more than rendered views of the 3D model from which they’ll construct the stadium. The ‘drawings’ posted here are the technical views of that exact same model. I use drawings in quotes because nothing is actually drawn anymore. We simply ask the software to show us views of the model in plan, elevation and cross section. I’ll study them more later on my desktop but what I’m most interested in are what appear to be floor plan views of the locker room and concourse levels. It’s there that fans can see the support spaces being incorporated into the facility (restrooms, concessions, etc). PS: Thanks for sharing! Very cool. I’m a bit shocked these were released. They RARELY are. Tons of liability and proprietary design being exposed by the architects here.
  17. Okay….but do NOT come crying to us when you miss Beane trading up into the Top Five to take a DE or CB! 😳
  18. You’d get an even bigger prize if you’d correctly predicted that the vast majority of our picks will be defensive linemen and cornerbacks..
  19. It could be worse. You could in Los Angeles where all you get is 24/7 of these idiots debating who’s better….Kobe, Michael, Magic, etc. UGH!!!
  20. Hawk, you’ll noticed I didn’t say it’s one versus the other. Enforce the laws first, foremost and unrelentingly. If society chooses to do then do those other things you mention….so be it.
  21. As a society we’ve collectively chosen to invest a fortune in both time and money in a justice system. There are no shortage of laws and associated penalties already on the books for breaking them. How about we just enforce the laws, without prejudice or bias, and incarcerate those that break them? I know it’s a novel idea…but let’s give it a try.
  22. Fourth place should be safe for quite awhile. Pennsylvania and Illinois are still a pretty distant 5th and 6th place.
  23. Not to nitpick but NY State has slid to fourth in population behind California, Texas, and Florida. I had to look it up, but couldn’t believe that NYS is now barely HALF the size of California.
