  1. I don’t have time to respond to every bit of silliness, conspiracy, and outright falsehoods on this site. And I certainly don’t owe that tremendous loser who has nothing better to do than tag me in random threads a second of my time. Donald Trump won the 2016 election Joe Biden won the 2020 election Grass is green Q was a hoax from the start Sky is blue There’s no evidence Ray Epps is a fed 1+1=2 90% of Americans would read what’s posted on this site and assume we’re all sniffing glue. Most voters are normies and do not act the way people here do. If there was a deep state trying to influence elections, the FBI would never side with the Dems Josh Allen is great
  2. Still can’t stop thinking about me even though you claim to have blocked me? I think you doth protest too much. SAD
  3. Guy who claims he has blocked me cannot stop himself from thinking about me constantly. I’m not sure if I should be flattered or annoyed. In any case: SAD!
  4. Yep. Russia tried to interfere in the election and they managed to hack some voter registries. However, despite what Occupy Democrats and similar groups might claim, they did not hack the election itself in any real sense. There is no evidence that they were able to change votes in the system. They may have persuaded voters, but they did not change any votes that had been cast. You can make a plausible argument that but for the Russian interference, Hillary would have won, but in an election that close, any one of numerous things could have changed the outcome. Personally, the head of the FBI violating policy to publicly comment on an investigation probably had a more acute effect.
  5. The debt ceiling clearly has not been abolished. If the debt ceiling was abolished, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.
  6. Imagine starting a new thread based entirely on a claim with no citation to that claim. There are many reasons why crime might be higher in different ethnic communities, but how can you expect a good faith debate by throwing out the claim you did without citing to evidence? How can anyone actually respond to it?
  7. No, they didn’t hijack the election. They tried to influence it. Fairly significant difference.
  8. So either he was a protestor who was wrongly killed because the cops feared the crowd had guns, or he was a nutjob junkie who was still able to get a gun to shoot at cops?
  9. I’m not sure. These guys are not the evil geniuses that we sometimes think they are. At the start of the war, there was a picture that allegedly showed a Ukrainian apartment with a Nazi shirt, some other things and three copies of the game The Sims. Turns out that it looks like the order was to take pictures with Nazi stuff and SIM cards to frame the Ukrainians and the morons screwed it up.
  10. The debt ceiling should be abolished. It serves no purpose other than to put the economy at risk. It doesn’t limit spending, it just allows us to pay for bills that we’ve already incurred. This is simply Congress not being accountable for its own actions and trying to pass the buck.
  11. Here are the White House’s options as I see it: 1. Don’t negotiate over the debt ceiling because allowing a party to threaten the entire US economy unless they get their way creates a dangerous incentive for the future. 2. Negotiate over the debt ceiling because if it is not raised it’ll cause severe harm to the US economy even if this means we’ll be right back here in the near future. If you do 1, you risk harming the economy now. If you do 2, you increase the risk of harming the economy in the future. In either case, it’s insane that anyone would use the debt ceiling as political leverage but I guess that’s just the times we live in now. The GOP won the House. If they want to be adults then they should pass bills, make the Dems in the senate veto your agenda and then take that back to the voters.
  12. Lol. Mueller specifically stated he wasn’t even evaluating collusion and here you are claiming he said he never found something he explicitly stated he wasn’t looking for. Classic. “collusion” noun: secret agreement or cooperation especially for an illegal or deceitful purpose Seems like secretly meeting with foreign agents to get dirt on a political candidate, hand over internal polling data, or to establish a secret backchannel to keep communications away from the eyes of law enforcement might fit the definition…. There is a zero percent chance you would be making the same arguments if all of the facts were exactly the same but it was a Democrat instead of Trump.
  13. The Trump campaign had more than 100 contacts with Russians, including providing internal polling data to a suspected Russian intelligence official. Apparently, that's a hoax somehow and of no concern to real patriots.
  14. Ah, so if you do drugs, the cops get to shoot you up like a pincushion?
  15. Mike Lindell’s firm told to pay $5 million in ‘Prove Mike Wrong’ election-fraud challenge "MyPillow founder and prominent election denier Mike Lindell made a bold offer ahead of a “cyber symposium” he held in August 2021 in South Dakota: He claimed he had data showing Chinese interference and said he would pay $5 million to anyone who could prove the material was not from the previous year’s U.S. election. He called the challenge “Prove Mike Wrong.” On Wednesday, a private arbitration panel ruled that someone had. The panel said Robert Zeidman, a computer forensics expert and 63-year-old Trump voter from Nevada, was entitled to the $5 million payout. Zeidman had examined Lindell’s data and concluded that it not only did not prove voter fraud, it had no connection to the 2020 election. He was the only expert who submitted a claim, arbitration records show." Funny how every time one of the Big Lie claims enters the legal realm, it fails. Almost as if the people spouting it are liars and idiots. But I suppose when one of your most important sources is someone who claims that they were decapitated and can speak to the wind as a ghost (p. 163), you just have to believe them.
  16. Because we have so many guns, and because it’s easy for bad actors to get guns, police officers find themselves in mortal danger more often than their peers in other countries. We are 7th in the world for police killings, right between El Salvador and Nigeria. Probably not the company we are looking to keep. When police are routinely killed in simple stops like pulling someone over for speeding, you’re going to see them quick to reach for a firearm in situations where their peers normally wouldn’t. Here, cops incorrectly thought they heard a gunshot so they blew 57 holes in a guy who didn’t do anything.
  17. But if you did that, then money would be going to the wrong people. We can’t have average Americans making a decent wage, that money needs to go to shareholders and the wealthy.
  18. https://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/autopsy-cop-city-protester-manuel-teran-death “According to the autopsy report, Teran did not have gunpowder residue on their hands. Officials claimed Teran fired the first shot at a state trooper. Officers then responded with gunfire. The report stated Teran had at least 57 gunshot wounds in their body, including the hands, torso, legs and head.”
  19. He wants to run but he also appears fairly bad at it. Given his young age, the best bet might be to bow out for now and try again later.
  20. Lol. I certainly don’t watch cable “news” Occasionally I may put on WGN for local news but otherwise, it’s just C-SPAN or PBS if there’s an interesting live event. I prefer to pay for news so the product is the news instead of my eyeballs being sold to advertisers.
  21. The GOP base generally has Very Online Brain and will not accept anyone who lives in the real world as their candidate, which hurts the party in the general. If you’re a Republican whose brain hasn’t been rotted by the internet, why would you run? There’s no path for you.
  22. CNN is one of the most damaging things to happen to this country and then Fox came around and said “hold my beer” The commoditization of the news has created political bubbles and dumbed us down by pretending infotainment is an adequate substitute for actual news.
