People are dumb and I have never been in a situation even close to escalating like this. People should not hit each other, if you slap someone there is no predicting the response no matter male/female, whatever. Initiate a violent attack expect to be retaliated against. It is one thing to just stash a guy for next year by putting them on IR before the 53 is settled. But not having the option to bring them in this year kind of sucks. An alternative is to make an initial 53 with a mix of guys you think are most likely to get claimed even if they have injuries, then putting a guy on IR and signing someone back (say a LB) that is needed but not as likely to get claimed. How soon after you make the 53 can you put someone on IR? Stevenson is a guy that comes to mind, supposedly in boot after yesterday's game. Would like to keep him but also would like the option to bring him onto the roster if something goes bad with McKenzie. Maybe he would want to get on a different team. There are three tackles in from of him on this roster I find it hard to think he would ever surpass in the next 3 years unless injuries occur.

You have to consider the contract you are trading not just the player on the field. Would you rather trade for Addison or Obada if you were another teams gm? Or Butler/Phillips.

It can be corrected. I see your point but I also see if from the point of a defender who was probably anticipating he would not stand there blind to the rush like a statue. He probably was waiting for Fields to escape one way or the other but he never saw it coming.

I forced myself to watch the first two episodes....that was hard to sit through at times. It is not as good as it used to be or I am just over the new factor of the behind the scenes stuff at this point. There was a strange part where Jerry Jones appeared to be eating a breakfast sandwich that looks fake, like a plastic toy kids would use or something. He likes his salt too. Other than that my impression of Mike McCarthy is not very good. He says things that a head coach should say I guess but it does not come across as sincere. He appears to be faking it and kind of just going through the motions. Glad he is not the coach of the Bills.

It was a penalty, dirty is another story. These plays happen fast, there is not always time to aim as well as you need to per the rules.

Bills fans view of a clean play or dirty play totally depends on who is taking the shot. That play reversed against Allen this place would have blown up.
