    This is so good it always gives me the bumps... Perkins, Clapton, and Cash... recorded in 1970 backed by the Domino's. Eric is kind of a kid here... especially after Carl's first riff.

    I actually did this for a lazy kid... he would give me $10 a day to do it which was crazy money at that time. How or where that money came from I do not know but this is the late 60's.

    Watch the video and look at Graces eyes... constantly blinking. Thank Owsley for that lol. No way that guy pitched a no hitter or even made it to the stadium on a true hit of acid. Maybe the day before and took a couple of christmas trees/greenies that day. I call this a bogus story.

    I would say the same thing... stay near things you can just walk to, the little extra time going to the stadium is no big deal. We stay at whatever Hilton or subsidary that is at Roswell by the hospital... forget the name. Short walk to Gabriels Gate too.

    You are right... funny I was just reading about them last week. The other two I'm not sure if they are still around would be Bells and A&P. We used to have a Murphy's in Lancaster... kind of like Vidler's.

    The old green stamp days... my Mom used to wind up with books full of them. I remember going to AM&A's with her, I think she bought a new mixer with them. Guess they've been replaced by cash back on credit cards.
