  1. Honestly, this would be a smart cut and it has nothing to do with John Brown as a player. What I do know is that the offense went on quite a roll when Brown was out so why not save some money and draft or let a cheaper option like Stills get in the rotation? They didn't seem to have a problem replacing him after the Cardinals game where he went down. In fact, the offense was on fire and they didn't lose a game.
  2. I thought about making a poll but I don't like to clog up these bords. Anyway.... I kind of like that a team playing is hosting the Super Bowl. How would you all feel if they rotated each Conference and there was a home team every year in the Super Bowl? Sell 60 percent of tix go to the home market and 40 percent goes to whoever.
  3. The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted 4 Hall of Famers in the first five rounds. GM's today get their pick of anyone they wish after seven rounds. They just have to beat other out to get to their target.
  4. One if those guys you win with. I don't want to be watching him in enemy colors a few years from now saying, "why didn't we keep him"?
  5. Yes, I added that. What a puzzling thread.
  6. LMAO. You better check out the 1974 Pittsburgh Steelers draft, Junior. In fact, the 2018 draft doesn't hold a candle to the Bills 1985 draft.
  7. *****, I'm just thrilled this is even being debated.
  8. Tua is making Super Bowl commercials? I guess Tyrod Taylor wasn’t available.
  9. And he consistantly gets voted to the Pro Bowl by his peers because he has cool dreads.
  10. Edmunds is a damned good player. I will leave it at that.
  11. Yep! Get your mug on television!
  12. Please no. I don't want to see the Bills give the guy 10 million plus and his health always be a concern.
  13. Between paying for my television service (DTV) and paying for my internet, with tons of free sports sites, I will never pay for another sports publication, meaning magazine or internet.
  14. He really was a helluva coach. I remember him praising the Bills after they beat his KC team to go to our last SB. The man is class.
  15. I'm saying what he has to deal with, or is dealing with, isn't exclusive to being a professional athlete.
  16. So, it's only related to football and professional sports is what you are saying? Because, if you aren't, like I said, every day problems that everyone deals with. All of us.
  17. Military, Police, Fire, people getting transferred in companies....the list goes on and on. Every day problems.
  18. Say hello to the Clipper for me.
  19. Welcome to the real world. People in almost every profession have a hard time leaving close friends and the bonds behind, as well as their self-worth starts to be questioned.
  20. I think the best set of cards was the 1974 set that had the football game on the back of the cards.
  21. Start someone other than his incumbent starting Quarterback* week 1: Urban Meyer Be a 'one and done' Head Coach: Urban Meyer Make the playoffs his first year: Arthur Smith Win NFL Coach of the Year at some point in his first 3 years: Brandon Staley Win a Superbowl in the job to which he has just been hired: Brandon Staley Become Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills at some point in the future: David Culley
  22. OK, here's the scoop. I was his landlord and kicked his deadbeat ass out back in 1985. I kept his cards until he paid me my rent. He finally did.
