Maybe I am following the chain of discussion wrong. What i am reading is that the reason RB's are not a wr is that they don't have the route running ability and hands of a WR. You seemed to dispute that by saying RBs have high catch %. I was disputing your comment by saying that RBs have an easier time catching the ball because most of them are checkdowns, therefor not receiving the coverage nor the degree of difficulty of a wr making a catch. That means its easier for them to catch the ball. How we use Kincaid, who is also not a WR, is irrelevant to that.

Ummm maybe some good catches but I can't recall any "wow" catches. I would actually change that to bail outs. I have not seen this team bail out their QB that I can remember. Just about every other QB in the NFL has their receivers bail them out from time to time. Whether that be with an amazing catch or a defended int other QBs have gotten bailed out. Josh doesn't. I will say that at least Josh has gotten good Oline play and some YAC this year. Not a ton of YAC but at least some from time to time.

Does it when you turn the ball over to them in your own territory twice? There is more to offense than just scoring points. They also have to take care of the football when they aren't scoring and try and move the ball more than 3 yards. Point to me all the games the Patriots lost when the other team only scored 25 AND gave the Pats the ball twice on the other teams own side of the field. The Denver game you also called the offense fine scoring 22 points while also turning the ball over 4 times.

This is a different situation than Watson IMO. Chargers were actually filed against Miller. While Watson was being sued, he had no criminal charges pending.

No they weren't. Against the Jags they scored 7 points going into the 4th quarter and 20 points overall. Against the Pats they scored 10 points going into the 4th quarter and 25 points overall. The defense may have had game losing drives but it was the defense that kept them in the game at all. The offense did nothing for most of both of those games. In no world was the offense fine.

I agree with most of this but I think you are selling our oline short this year. They are one of the top lines this year IMO. Sure, they have had days where Brown was bad or something but for the most part they have done a damn good job.

Barring injuries, yeah that would be shocking. Miami is beating every team they are supposed to this year.

For me, the fix is they should be reviewed every week by an independent source and be held accountable for being bad at their job.

I think the odds are greater that Joe Brady gets some coaching interviews after next season than Pegula firing McD. Also, we might all want to keep Brady if there is a new HC but HC's typically bring their own guys.

It's not like they can't. Davis is not that great. He has good games but I've seen him drop too many must have catches.

Joe Brady said Cook wasn't benched for the drop. He was just warming up some other guys and get them going too.

I agree but tbf, Harbaugh has the same amount of time with a supposed elite qb in Lamar and has 1 playoff win.

I'd like to believe this isn't true but there are just some guys that seem pretty biased in that respect. Including one of the MVP voters.
