This one voice concept is very easy to grasp. Whaley is awful at press conferences, Terry gets so nervous at them he almost forgets the English language and I am guessing Kim doesn't do them because sooner or later the media will question why its always her and never Terry. It's better for the fans and the team if they have a polished speaker up at the podium getting the message across.

Nix was Whaley's training wheels for that draft, it happens in the corporate world all the time it's called training while on the job. Why is that so hard to see?

Look it up. Buddy knew he was handing the reigns down to Whaley months prior to the draft. Nix was the GM in title but he was there to help Whaley out in his 1st draft, Whaley wasn't in the back seat.

so Whaley was there for the free food and drink? Whaley loved Nix so much that he made it a point to fight for EJ for 4 years to defend Nix's honor. Please stop it.
