  1. Played one year of youth football. As much as I loved the sport, I enjoyed racing MX more.
  2. A sad end for a player who once had a contract dispute with the Chargers and was smart enough to holdout during the season, yet play just enough games to gain UFA status. He was ahead of his time in that regard and was one of the top receivers in the league for a time. Godspeed to him. I hope this wasn't CTE related.
  3. You draft the most talented guy you can at a position of need. RB is a position of need, therefore it is in play.
  4. I dislike Tom and hate that he got ring #7, but his parade shenanigans put a genuine smile on my face and joy in my heart. Dude is living the dream. I can't hate.
  5. I feel bad for Ertz. He was on the verge of a monster contract but the injury bug screwed him.
  6. Javonte Williams! A 5'10" 220lb all-purpose back with good speed. There's your 3 down weekly starter.
  7. Don't care how it happens, Javonte Williams needs to be in a Bills uniform!
  8. Don't think Buffalo has the cap room to get that done this season, but I love Allen Robinson!
  9. With the cap situation being what it is, a guy like Allen Robinson, who may not get the long term deal he deserves, should consider GB on a 1-year deal. Barring injury, he's guaranteed to put up the best numbers of his career, likely appear in a Super Bowl and be a free agent again next season at age 28. I don't see a negative.
  10. Spot on! Russell and Aaron could be doing exactly what Brady and Mahomes are doing if their front offices put the pieces around them that they need. It's that simple.
  11. ...OR the defense played really well and kept us in games, despite Allen's rookie struggles.
  12. Washington, with a QB, would be legit! They have talent everywhere on both sides of the ball. Denver is interesting...
  13. Good for him. He'll have Suh-like rejuvenation with a contender.
  14. What I don't understand is why they didn't use their RBs more, like they did with Damien Williams all of last post season? He's still the best RB on the roster, btw.
  15. He's the franchise and the future face of the NFL, that has led his team to 3 straight AFC Championship games, 2 straight Super Bowls and a Super Bowl Victory. He'll be just fine. After that performance, it should light a fire under the underpeformers' asses.
  16. Exactly! What lie did Patrick tell? He should have been chewing his offensive line a new ass, ala Brady, between possessions.
  17. That's a fact. I remember Bills - Pats games where Buffalo would finally get a stop on 3rd down only for a ticky tack illegal contact penalty to wipe that out and give the Pats a cheap 1st down. It was infuriating!
  18. His last 2 Super Bowls victories, his defenses haven't allowed a single TD.
  19. GREAT coach! Godspeed.
  20. Nope. Brady would be doing his taxes behind that line last night.
  21. If he gets in one day, he has a very long wait.
  22. Ali, Mayweather - and you can't leave out guys like Federer and Nadal. Tennis is true 1 on 1 and your physical conditioning and psychological toughness has to be A1. Ricky Carmichael in MX is another. I know motocross doesn't have near the following of the big 4, but I played basketball, football and raced MX as a youngin. MX was the toughest by a comfortable margin due to cardio demand and mental strain. No bs.
  23. No way, if I'm Tom, that I'm not riding into the sunset on this victory, but that's not him. He'll be back for #8 next season. Guys like him, Jordan, Mayweather, Ricky Carmichael, Federer/Nadal are just a different breed. I respect it because it's truly a rare breed to have that killer instinct and to aspire to be the greatest.
  24. Josh Rosen was a little more than a month away, himself.
