  1. I thought of Al Pacino screaming in Dog Day Afternoon when I saw the initial thread. Thankfully it looked like no casualties
  2. I remember being in grade school and my grandparents were babysitting and took me to see my Great Grandmother. She lived alone in a small apartment, was from Poland, and at pretty senile at that point. My Grandma said she wouldn't recognize me. She not only knew who I was but thanked me greatly as I was the only grandchild she had she always got a XMas card from all the time. It was my Mom's idea to send the cards but looking back it just seemed nice I was able to do something for her that meant a lot.
  3. He'd be good in a role similar to Mike Stivic's "Meathead" or at least a role with that name anyway. Mike actually was very book smart on that show
  4. I suppose you could say that about Jeff Tuel
  5. Personality wise I always liked him more than Jimbo. Real happy to see this, his perseverance and hard work paid off to get him the job he just got offered.
  6. Hhmm somebody's lying me thinks
  7. I go at least every 3 months. Always something they find. Have to go back for a cavity in a few weeks. Never a pleasant experience
  8. I've heard it really wasn't that nice... again it's only second hand accounts of the place, I've never been
  9. Anthony Dungy. Coughlin did ease up a little the years the Giants won. John Madden I think was a players coach. But yeah wonder if there's been studies hardasses make better NFL coaches
  10. Marrone you can argue kinda got the Jaguar HC positon that way as well
  11. I'm becoming more and more impressed with the Eagles accomplishment. At first I was glad it just wasn't the Patriots but I'm happy for the Eagles as well
  12. As I think mentioned before he was getting permission to be interviewed for the Colts job. I imagine though with the Eagles just winning the Super Bowl that certainly makes his resume stand out even more. Somewhere I read he gets overlooked a lot because he's too nice a guy. I think after Marrone left he got interviewed for the position here. When Rex got hired being the class act he is he still had good things to say about Ryan and how he was the right fit. He got a Super Bowl ring, but would be nice to see a solid guy like that get a HC position instead of say the Rex Ryan's of the world. Of course that's if he wants it
  13. Why not talk about where he wants to improve on his weaknesses?
  14. As someone whose first memory of a Super Bowl was Super Bowl 25, this one was probably my favorite. Patriots lose and Giants & Steeler fans are also upset.
  15. True but it's all relative. Brady never took the same amount of beating as someone like Joe or Jimbo.
  16. I figured I would watch bits and pieces of it before hand and that's what I did. Then I watched the remaining 10 minutes in its entirety. It definitely surprised me though in that it was one of the most enjoyable Super Bowl's I watched in my life.
  17. Very good question. i think he genuinely does like Buffalo but does feel a little bit of emptiness
  18. Brady is the GOAT but I'd still prefer to have Joe in his prime if I had to win one game with either of them
  19. In order to beat the Pats, you gotta take smart risks and be aggressive. If they don't go for the touchdown at the end of the half and on 4th and 1 with 5 minutes left, Patriots win
  20. I hope no more horses are hurt
  21. Belichicks face right after the last Hail Mary. Sorry I can't help but get pleasure out of the anguish he must have felt
  22. Usually don't watch the MVP ceremony but liked every second of that!
  23. Polian with the Colts as well
  24. Fair enough but they did stop them on their last two possessions. At any rate loved the end result!
  25. Schwartz- the real brain behind 2014
