  1. Music City Miracle 2007 loss to Dallas 2004 loss to the Steelers the 2009 loss to the Titans (was an absolute low point but I think Jauron got fired right afterwards). The list can go on and on but there's a lot worse games most here have seen
  2. I work in a healthcare facility so it's always open. Gonna have to drive home in a snow storm later.
  3. I'm curious how people from the outside view Joisey. Just ugh don't mention Snooki.
  4. Mr Baseball always makes me laugh with Tom Selleck. Major League as well
  5. I enjoyed that 09 Jets game as well but it was an ugly game. Sanchez through for 6 picks I think. I think we won on the last play of overtime, laughed more than anything. There was a game from 2012 against the Cardinals that reminded me of it
  6. Sorry to bring this off topic but do you guys also remember The Mets Clubhouse? Stores that used to sell tickets and team apparel. Ill never forget Benny Agbiyani that year he first came up came to sign autographs at the local one. The line was like a 2 hour wait before he even arrived! He was popular back in the day
  7. A year for me this weekend. Pretty soon this will be my home away home.
  8. Sure there's The Comeback, the 1990 AFC Championship game, and most recently week 17 against the Dolphins that are still remembered and talked about today (deservedly so). What are some great games though that flew under the radar. Here's one: Great ending.
  9. Anyone plan attending any games this year? Haven't been out to Citi Field since 2015. Last year they were just depressing and it felt like every other train from Jersey stalled into the City
  10. Heard he missed again. Not sure if he'll be ready for opening day. Another tough one for Matz. It's Spring Training but he's been having a tough time
  11. Oldie but goodie, through it in there because St Patty's day is coming up
  12. Bring him back as a 3rd and one back. Serious, the TD against Miami was impressive
  13. Interesting you say that. I was around 8 in Larry Birds last couple seasons but I was thinking how I used to like those teams. Anyway was it only this century in your experience they became more a-holeish. I mean today not that I follow b ball but couldn't root for the Celtics.
  14. True I just don't know what type of service this person got. i just think back personally when I ordered a beer and the waiters spilled it in my lap. There was a bit of awkwardness there in her cleaning up lol. Anyway mistakes happen and nobody's perfect. But she didn't offer a free new beer or meal. So I took it out on the tip. Only went back to the establishment once since
  15. I guess you could have taken it out on the tip. For $300 18% is around $55 I think. Could have just left a few dollars if the service was that poor
  16. Love that song! You can hear Joe Cocker's soul in it:
  17. Pretty much agree with most sentiments here. Still we were due a break sometime though. It came in the form of an Andy
  18. Cool! I do remember that haircut style. The surf cut used to be popular too but went out of style i know the 1990-1991 Pro Set cards don't have much monetary value but seeing them like in your post always makes me smile. It's how I used to learn about the players
  19. Kent Hull- besides being a great center, seemed like a super awesome guy as well. I remember posting a video of him talking to kids with cancer. Kelso- the helmet Jeff Tuel- I still remember in his first pre season game against the Colts her tore it up. Why I never put too much stock in pre seasons games. Plus everyone who wanted to see him as QB would always say Tuel Time! Reminded me of one of my fave shows as a kid
  20. Myself being from Jersey can confirm most of the stereotypes you hear about drivers here are true Putting a blinker on to turn has become a lost art. How about other people experiences
  21. Fred Savage's Working Thats Life- this was on for like 2 years back in 2000-2002. Had a great cast though including Helen Burnstyn and Paul Sorvino
  22. Was a fan of The White Shadow in syndication. It only lasted three years. Not sure if it was because the "kids" grew older why the show stopped. Wish they had revolving actors every three years then that could of played high school students. Sledgehammer! was great as well. Only lasted I think one season
  23. Enjoy. March 3rd seems like its a longer time away then it really is! Shortest month syndrome I supppose
