  1. Yeah. My account went into the ether. I can see that it exists, but couldn't get my e-mails to change my password which decided not to work any more. i like this screen name better anyway.I haven't lived in Vancouver for over 12 years.
  2. I’ve been on here daily for 14 years. ( My screen name was VanCity previously.) Many people spout “analysis “ but it’s the “eyeball test” they are speaking of. The negativity can be creative and conducive to discussion, but so little of it is.
  3. I may be in a different position than some, having played football growing up. When people are spouting off about “ he isn’t good enough “ or “he’s a bust”, give us specific analysis of why that opinion was formed. Many people on the board use an “eyeball analysis “ and don’t spend any time actually re-watching plays to determine what actually happened. I respect an opinion formed through knowledge and research, but constant team and player bashing just becomes a biased opinion unless backed by real analysis. We all see the posters who just opine without back-up and it gets a bit more than ridiculous.
  4. I don’t think that your opinion on winning or losing is what defines you as a fan. That being said, your opinion has been, as long as I can remember, negative about this team. I understand the frustration of being a Bills fan. We all understand that frustration. The issue I think most of us take with your opinion, and those of the vast majority of the negative Nancies around here, Is that you offer no real viable alternatives, just dwell upon the negatives. I cannot speak to your knowledge of the game, but I can definitely speak to your opinion. And your opinion doesn’t really have any backing, it’s just negative.
  5. Hargreaves would be a worthy addition to the team, But what about Kevin Johnson sitting behind Wallace? Should we not give him the opportunity to show that he can succeed in a role he succeeded in 2 seasons ago?
  6. Arguing this point would be ridiculous. But, I think we have to have some faith in our second year quarterback, who was always a project, to improve and to learn from these mistakes. A lot of us have been surprised by elements of Josh’s game that have improved this year and elements that have regressed, such as the long ball. An area where we haven’t seen enough improvement is the quick reads that you see the truly elite quarterbacks get and succeed at. It’s tough to preach patience when you have a team at six and three, but not having patience with a talent as tantalizing as Josh is going to cost us too much. I want him to be great as much as the next guy, and he still may be, but dwelling on the negative’s isn’t helping.
  7. I couldn’t even get past page 1 of this thread. Scott, you are the biggest turd on this board.
  8. His fumble today had reckless written all over it. The first big run he had, he covered up beautifully. That run was him putting blinders on and thinking he’s a bowling ball RB. I would love to sit in on meetings and practices this season as I am unsure of what Dorsey and Daboll are doing to improve him. He’s improved on short throws and that’s it really.
  9. What the...? Do you play in a 6 team league?! That stable is ridiculous
  10. I fondly remember a time where we fondly remembered OJ as a Bills player. Now I just wish he would go away
  11. Somehow McDermott needs to convince the entire team that it’s always the fourth quarter and we need a stop and a TD to ice the game. It seems that they play quite well under that scenario. Especially our oft maligned quarterback.
  12. We can all throw up a giant middle finger at Brian Daboll today. He has really really blown it
  13. Everyone ready for some heavy ball security?!! Nothing gets a Fanbase more excited than a heavy ball security focussed offense
  14. Thankfully the D has really stepped up in the second half
  15. I’m pretty sure he thought that he had a free play there. Not an excuse, as he has to know better, but that was a pretty blatant offside
  16. Bojo sure wasn’t flexing after that. That was pathetic
  17. I think you need to go back and watch some film.
  18. Sometimes Daboll gets too imaginative, Sometimes he goes way too vanilla. That one right there was as vanilla as it gets and way too easy to read. A play action with less than a yard would have definitely been the call based on the way they’ve been moving the ball with Gore.
  19. At no point did the defence play as well as they have this year during the entirety of last season. This year there is a much greater deal of evidence that they can achieve more as a unit. And thus the disappointment for us as fans is more sizeable
  20. The run defense you mean? Pretty tough to grade the passing D, when there is only eight passes thrown. The run D has a lot to work on. 100 yards to Adrian Peterson is no highlight
  21. I actually said this exact thing if you read to the bottom of my post. Just saying…
  22. Perhaps I should’ve just insinuated that the Redskins were not our natural enemies. Patriots seem more apropos
  23. To be fair, the Buffalo’s really should be seeking revenge against the white man. I don’t recall any tales of Native Americans shooting Buffalo out of trains and leaving them to waste. Just saying....
