  1. A good front can makes average linebackers good.
  2. At first, I thought this read please be Snoke. I thought I was going to have to have a very difficult conversation about how that evil jedi is in a galaxy far, far away and not coming to help this team win a Super Bowl.
  3. I don't get this. It's not like they played the Sunday after the Championships. There was a week off, so why would there be much of a difference?
  4. They had run the ball well all game.
  5. I like how a QB can’t resurrect his career or end up being good because he had a bad couple of years.
  6. How do we know he is mediocre. He thrived in Philly and was then ruined by Jeff Fisher. He went to KC as a backup for a year, and learning from Andy Reed has seemed to resurrect his career. It took him a little bit to get going when Carson went down, but that is too be expected when you aren't really getting reps in practice. If Carson Wentz wasn't some MVP candidate player who was super young and showed a lot of promise, he probably wouldn't be getting his job back if Foles wins tomorrow.
  7. And, why is that? If Nick Foles hadn't gone to St. Louis, which was QB purgatory with Jeff Fisher, he could have made something of himself. Now he has a chance to go out and beat Brady in the Super Bowl and then he would be available. You wouldn't want a QB who has beaten Brady in a Super Bowl to build around?
  8. Let's go get us the Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles (or at least that is my prediction.) He was really good in Philly under Kelly, and if Fisher hadn't ruined the kid, he probably would have been a Super Star. I would def take a chance on him. Trade Philly like a second round or third round pick after the Super Bowl and see how the kid competes in training camp.
  9. $500 million in lost revenue, but that doesn’t mean there still not profiting off of it.
  10. No way, that call at the end of the half was terrible. The Jags defender played great defense and forced Cooks to the boundary. The defender has every right to his position. The red should no the difference between getting in a receivers way when he tries to come back for the ball, which this wasn’t the case as the ball went over their heads and good defense that just forces the receiver to a point on the field where he doesn’t have room to maneuver. That was a gift.
  11. I will watch if it’s close in the end. Otherwise, no.
  12. Well a combo of our OC not developing his style to Taylor's strengths.
  13. If we had a quarterback who posed a threat to pass the ball, Shady wouldn't have had so many negative plays. Nothing the guy can really do when he is handed the ball and getting blasted before he has a chance to make a cut.
  14. I wouldn't be so sure on that. Maybe McDermott can go find an offensive coordinator that can Taylor an offense (see what I did there ) around Taylor and still draft a QB. Use Taylor as a bridge player on the cheap. Although, I guess I don't know the long-term cap implications if we do bring him back because we currently stand to only take a $1 million hit next year if we release him before the third day of the new league year in March. I for one am not for getting rid of someone when you don't have someone better to replace him with. Never get worse at a position, always just get better.
  15. It wasn't so much Dareus's huge contract, but the fact that there was no out or money we could get back when he was being a !@#$ up, that was the problem.
  16. While he may have technically been with the team through the draft, I wouldn't give him any credit for anything that was done after Sean McDermott was hired. He also gave Dareus that huge contract, that would have crippled us down the road. The Glenn signing doesn't look at hat good if he can't get back on the field, and Groy has been a backup all year. He couldn't beat out DuCasse, who most on here would agree is terrible.
  17. Murphy's pretty ignorant if he thinks Whaley put this year's team together, with how few of the players he drafted or signed are left.
  18. He has been awful throwing downfield today. It sucks because that is supposed to be his strength.
  19. Tyrod will have been given four chances to take this game in his hands and win it. He'll have 1:50 left.
  20. If we can sustain drives like this and wear down the defense, that would be big.
  21. That was a great play call. Benjamin beat his guy on the slant. Tyrod just needed to throw it to him.
  22. He had Benjamin. He had Benjamin on the slant. He needs to throw that.
  23. There playing off coverage. Let's run a quick slant and get our selves off the goalline.
