Except one guy's had more than 2 dozen accusations of sexual assault/ misconduct and has been sued for it and settled those lawsuits for undisclosed amounts of money. He's also had a history of sleeping around and being unfaithful. He's also made statements caught on tape claiming he can grab women by the ***** and get away with it without asking. The other guy has one sexual assault allegation that's been changing since she initially came public (both from her AND one of her corroborating witnesses) and as time rolls on has more holes in it than Swiss Cheese. I'll say it again, if Biden did this, it's despicable. I just question if you guys are bothering to actually consider the facts of the case and consider that he didn't do it. He states it directly. One must be literate and read in order to find it, though.

I never did watch Cheers, so you give me too much credit for concocting that. I'm from Rochester originally and didn't spend a ton of time in Buffalo other than Bills games, so I'm sorry if I've offended your Buffalo senses. Norm is real, though. And he and his wife Bobbi lived on Chppewa for years before moving to the Adirondacks and, eventually, Hawai'i.

For now I'll just say I appreciate the post. There's stuff I disagree and stuff I think is downright ridiculous in it. However, I think this was a thoughtful response. And I agree; as Bills fans I'd have a beer with any of you and probably have a blast. I spend plenty of time with people who voted for Trump. My father in law voted for Trump. He's super far right. I won a bottle of Johnny Blue off him when Obama was reelected and I've been trying to urge him into the same bet this time around and he always says "don't worry it's coming..." but never commits. We talk politics often and rib each other... until I sense my wife getting annoyed. My older sister and her husband voted for Trump. We've talked civilly about it. My younger sister's husband is clearly a Trump supporter, though I don't know if he voted. On a weekly basis I meet up with Norm, a retired vet from Chippewa to watch Bills games at a bar early in the morning since we're on Hawaiian time. We've been doing it for 5 years. When the Bills made the playoffs for the first time in 17 years, we literally screamed and ran around the entire bar and hugged each other like fools after. We met up to watch the playoff loss to Jacksonville. This year we made a point of going to the bar to watch the playoff game in Houston together despite it being on TV. My wife and I have been to their house for dinner and drinks. The 4 of us went out to one of those murder mystery dinners together. Norm is a far right Republican Trump voter as well. And we've talked politics occasionally sitting at the bar. I love spending time with all these people and even occasionally talking politics. Overwhelmingly I like people as I meet and get to know them in person, despite their political or religious affiliation. Especially Bills fans. But tribes/packs/mobs suck. And people on the Internet often suck and do not represent who they are in person. I'm sure that's the case with most here as well, and since I like people in person, beer and the Bills, I bet I'd like most here in PPP, even if I wildly disagree with you in terms of politics. ...except @DC Tom... that guy just seems miserable...

I've never professed Biden is an "exceptional candidate of virtue," except in comparison with Donald Trump. But that's not hard at all and you don't need to be a choir boy to achieve that. As far as preemptive celebrating... well I celebrated the Biden nomination because it was merely the first phase of @Deranged Rhino being so dead wrong about something and me being right. But frankly I wouldn't have bothered so much if he wasn't constantly calling me over here because I think he loves me (I'm sorry to offend your prudish disposition with another statement like that @billsfan1959), so yes I do that with him because he clearly needs to learn some humility. Why, you may ask, does he need to learn humility? What evidence is there? Just look at all his gloating recently over something he has no reason to boast about considering the election is just under 6 months away and he's been weirdly throwing a ticker tape parade ever since Biden entered the Democratic race and I stated--correctly--that Biden's nomination was by far the most likely and practically inevitable while @Deranged Rhino constantly professed--incorrectly--that Biden had no chance for the nomination. And then he was wrong, showed zero humility, and now we're onto the General where he'll be wrong and still show no humility. And yet, because you agree with him politically, you bizarrely defend him and accuse me of being worse than the guy constantly beckoning me over to gloat. That's a laugh. Notice I stay away from here, or try desperately (and usually successfully) to. I will come back to gloat to him and give him his lovely new avatar in November when he loses our bet. There are another handful of you utterly confident that Trump can't lose in the Fall, especially to Biden, but none so arrogant as @Deranged Rhino, so yeah, I'll gloat with him in November.

Anybody want to go on record about Josh?

Don't worry. Not allowed. Are we cursed if Adam Schein predicts it, though? -

I'm not allowed as per @Foxx, but I've been on record previously and I'm sure he'll be able to relay my own predictions -

I think when Trump loses in the Fall and the wildly vast majority of this group will be hiding, renaming themselves, or making excuses, we should rename this forum, since the truth of the matter the forum isn't what it advertises as. Instead we should rename it from PPP to what it mostly is: BDI Buncha Deranged Idiots -

You are just obsessed with me, aren't you? I can't even playfully banter with you at this point. It's exhaustingly pathetic that you still don't see the light. I know you aren't alone, but for some weird reason more than any of your other conspiracy theory pals here, you just think putting a stick in a bee hive constantly is a great idea. Trump's not getting reelected. I could explain why, but it's clear you're too blind to see reason. I hope you just honor the bet you're clearly going to lose. -

I'm really trying to wrap my head around what happens. I honestly believe there will be an NFL season, but are the only 2 options empty vs packed stadiums? I don't think for a second the NFL would allow some teams to have packed stadiums while other teams in hot spots lose the competitive advantage of home field in empty stadiums. But is there a middle ground? How logistically do you allow SOME fans into the stadium and enforce social distancing? Is that even possible? The no alcohol rumor tells me they're thinking about it and might try it, but who the hell gets drunk DURING the game? Can't enforce no drinking outside the stadium, especially in the wonderful neighborhood that is Orchard Park. -

Super exciting and loving it! In any other year I might have been able to swing going to that home TNF game against KC because my Fall break is the week before that and I could feasibly extend my vacation for a week to miss work with personal days. This year I don't know if that'll be wise planning on my part. And of course the 2 Sundays prior I plan on being in WNY visiting my family will be away games, anyway. -
Distillers edition? How was it? I'll be honest, Lagavulin isn't generally my kind of whisky. I'm not as much a fan of the Islay varietals as I am the Highland. However, I've had Lagavulin given to me twice as gifts. Both times I happily drank the whole bottle. That said, right now I'm happy to be drinking one of my favorites: Bahlvenie Carribbean Cask. Puts a smile on my face.
