  1. Soooooo.... now you're claiming liars shouldn't get our vote? And that's now, not 30+ years old. It's funny that some of your strongest and most adamant arguments about voting against Biden now is stuff he did or didn't do decades ago when Trump is acting as an utterly incompetent lying President right now. Decades old clips aren't what gets your boy reelected because he's out there doing all the needed campaign work for Biden every day he talks publicly.
  2. But the great thing about it for the NFL is that it allows many more fans to watch their individual teams play. The NFL does actually make money from TV viewers... obviously with advertisers in particular. I won't watch every single game every single weekend, obviously. However, a lot of these games the Bills are playing that aren't on national TV I wouldn't likely get in my local market with only the Sunday slate because there just aren't many Bills fans here. If there are 3 games on Saturday and one game on Friday night, that makes me being able to see the Bills on TV that much more likely. Plus it gives us access to games only Bills fans are likely interested in, like the Jets vs. Dolphins... although I can say that living in Hawai'i I guarantee most of the State will now become Dolphins fans because of Tua.
  3. So now that the Big Ten voted to cancel, does this make NFL football on Saturdays inevitable?
  4. Yeah but this could be EVEN MORE national exposure. I'm especially interested as one who normally has to go to a bar to watch... especially in the middle of a Pandemic.
  5. Wow. I'm the exact opposite of you. College Football too often looks like amateur hour to me. And the gap between the Elite and even very good teams to those beneath them makes College Football so predictable as to where the season will end. There's no sport I enjoy more than the NFL. I like Syracuse basketball, but can't watch much else. I will be so freaking excited if there are NFL games to watch 4 days of the week! This should be what they do. Move all the Thursday Night Football games to Saturday Night Football and the NFL effectively makes every spouse who's not a football fan disgruntled as they're ignored for entire weekends.
  6. I will be fairly surprised--though not shocked because this offseason, familiarity will be a huge benefit as far as roster competition goes--if Duke makes the final roster of 53 men. Would've been more shocking if he weren't part of the top 80, though.
  7. So Donald Trump is effectively saying he is planning to get rid of Social Security and Medicare and that he's pursuing an Executive Order mandating something that already exists under Obamacare, which he has vowed to destroy and is fighting in Court. All the while making these claims in front of patrons of his golf club--who pay his company hundreds of thousands of dollars each year--to make sure he has a friendly, supportive crowd. Setting aside the obvious constitutionality argument, the guy is such a moron. Keep it up Trump... your campaign to get Biden elected is going swimmingly well You mean the thing that pays for Social Security and Medicare? Uh... yeah... fighting to preserve those will look just fine for Democrats.
  8. The media doesn't need to do anything at all to paint Trump negatively. Just keep covering him during these Press Conferences and watch as he keeps flushing himself down the toilet. Incredible you guys think this guy is winning in November
  9. And you suck for saying this. I didn't realize age made you not give a crap about the164,000 + Americans who've now died of this horrible disease. 4% of the world's population. 25% of the deaths.
  10. Or pretty alarming confidence deflator as far as the accuracy of our testing goes... especially considering the false test was evidently the one given right before he was supposed to meet the POTUS.
  11. Wow, what hilariously pathetic flawed semantics you guys are resorting to now So apparently our President shouldn't be held culpable for utterly stupid and irresponsible comments? And it's not like it was a question. It was pure lunacy to say. I am desperately trying to stay away from here at this point, but here's a live image of any Trump supporter at this point as it relates to reality
  12. Do you have proof that this is the exception? The answer is no. No you don't... even though I guarantee you were trigger happy and ready to pull on one or two cherry picked examples. This WAS the exception, not the norm. Your seriously advocating injections of Lysol... and then called someone else a total idiot?
  13. Of course the media is biased. Now name the SINGLE media juggernaut that currently exists... Go!!!
  14. As far as your first reason... I'm no lawyer, but i'm pretty sure the onus of legality is on the streamer of the content, not anyone watching it. Others can correct me if I'm wrong--and I may be--but it is my understanding that anyone streaming content, even pirated content, is not breaking the law as long as they are not downloading the pirated content or making a copy in any way. I'll be streaming this year if I can't watch via Sunday Ticket (which is how it's looking) or at the bar (which is how it's looking).
  15. I apologize if this is covered in the next few pages, but do you have a link to this? I will 100% pay for this. So you don't need to subscribe to DTV... you can just get the Sunday Ticket alone?
  16. My biggest worry about him long term honestly is his deep ball, which is weird to say considering his arm strength. But he rifles the ball too much even on the deep ball when he needs more of a rainbow. Russell Wilson might be the best deep ball thrower I've ever seen and it's always a rainbow and never on a rope. That said, I can't wait to see Allen this year. I think he'll be a little smarter with the unnecessary hits. But at the same time, I feel good about when he gets hit because of his body type.
  17. No. Did I say I was?
  18. I have 2 thoughts, neither are about football, sorry... 1) Pretty clearly Kay Adams is in love with Josh, and based on Allen's current girlfriend, dat dude's a chick magnet!!! 2) Kay Adams looked hooOOOOTTttt!!!! I've always thought she was just attractive, but I was never blown away... but probably a combination of the hair and the Bills shirt... EDIT: I just watched the McDermott interview where she was wearing the Bears sweater. It's the hair. When she goes back into the normal studio they better make sure her hair is pulled back to accentuate her face...
  19. Rethinking the Bubble idea with regard to the playing fields themselves, we don't need stadiums. Since this season will be played with no fans, anyway, couldn't the NFL just find some wide open area in middle America and set up a dozen or so temporary football fields with artificial turf? That would at least make the spacial aspect more feasible even if they would then have to figure out how to film it and make it look halfway decent. And yeah, I also realize the other problem is the potentially 10,000 plus people (players and families) you'd have to find lodging for near that area. Really probably not possible, but at the very least teams don't need stadiums to play on.
  20. Are players going to be forced to wear masks throughout all of training camp and into the regular season?
  21. It's the security over years over the single year salary. Remember the average NFL career is less than 4 years. That's skewed by all those minimum salary guys.
