    Who is accountable for the way this team has been playing? Pretty simple, whoever is accountable for the product on the field should be on the hot seat because this team and the way they have been playing (other than the Vikings game) has been nothing but awful and embarrassing.

    Agreed. I thought it was for a 2nd round pick. No way our first is worth Cooper. Gruden is stocking up on 1st round picks. 3 first round picks for the raiders next year??? ?

    McBean would never make a trade like that. It makes too much sense for them.
