I wouldn't use the Mueller testimony about the Weissman Report as a support for Trump doing anything illegal. Mueller hardly covered himself in glory if you watched the whole testimony. Note: there is nothing to prevent any President from being charged and convicted during his/her Presidency or afterward.

You're not wrong there. The original point being that some hashtags are suppressed when they favor the right or disparage the left. They pushed a "Russian conspiracy" against Trump for close to three years based on nothing, but are calling people questioning this "suicide" nuts and conspiracy theorists. Uh huh. As an added bonus, they are pushing hard the idea that Trump was BFFs with Epstein, and that Bill Clinton was an innocent bystander. Suuuuurrrre. Yeah, none of this smells. At all. {heavy /sarc tag}

This is an excellent question. FWIW I do not think any administration is to blame for a mass shooting. Presidents are not gods and have no control over human behavior. This woman has been sitting outside the prison for a while now. Interesting twitter stream. No one is talking, no filming, no press conference (yet).
