  1. True but you also have to maintain the offense.
  2. I'm guessing for a center you can extend him for around three years $36m?
  3. If Trump keeps up this stupid tariff thing. Forget violence. I'm ready to write a strongly worded letter to my Congressman.
  4. Only team to draft three RB's in the first round during the drought span. Those picks could've went to more premium positions. Glad those days are over.
  5. He wasn't abysmal last season. He was an average starting DT. It would pry be an open competition for playing time in the rotation if they took a DT like Harmon in the draft. Having said that, Jones could be a surprising cut as it would free up $5.5m in cap space.
  6. No what I haven't heard. We could've had Sky Moore and Felix Anudike-Uzomah
  7. I mean we signed two guys that got busted for juicing. Mine as well add a Panda Express burglar to the team. Beane's tried everything else.
  8. If the Chiefs offered their first round pick for James Cook this board would pry be against it.
  9. The Chiefs obsession on this board is getting out of hand. LOL.
  10. Yup. Ovechkin benefited from not playing in that era. However, even after the lockout the average goals per game were still lower compared to Gretzky's prime years in the 80's. I'd argue he was the better goal scorer. Gretzky's 1,963 assists and 2,857 total points will pry never be eclipsed though unless they teach Josh Allen how to skate.
  11. George Blanda - most extra points ever made from 20 yards.
  12. I'd be more concerned about them long term if they didn't beat us in the finale last year. Weird sentence to type.
  13. Barkley averaged 3.9ypc in 2023 behind their o-line. Have to build the trenches first.
  14. That's the best they could come up with after three days?
  15. With the 76th pick in the 2025 NFL draft the Dallas Cowboys select Jordan Burch, Edge, Oregon. The Cowboys need depth at DE now that Demarcus Lawrence is gone taking shots at Michah Parsons. We view Jordan as more of a developmental prospect that has the physical traits and body type required to become an effective pass rusher in the NFL. The Patriots @section122are on the clock.
  16. We'll see what happens. It may work but it probably won't based off similar efforts in our history. My whole problem is I didn't think the executive branch could implement vast economic policy changes without Congressional approval. It seems like he's greatly pushing the limits using the International Economic Policy Act which he's currently using to bypass Congress. I don't like one person having this much power in a system that prides itself on Checks and Balances.
  17. That's the reassuring statement everyone was waiting for. A lot of nervous Republican Senators/Congressman right now.
  18. Taxes and tariff policy should be a function of the legislative branch. Giving all this power to the executive branch rarely produces positive results.
  19. Drafting exclusively for need in the first two rounds is never good process. You're probably right but I wouldn't be shocked if they took one on day 1 or 2 considering I was shocked they took Bishop last year.
  20. Cutting Rapp after next season will only be a $666k dead cap hit. Bishop hasn't proven anything yet, Forrest played primarily special teams for Washington last year, and Hamlin is who he is. We could absolutely take a safety with our first three picks if he's the best player available.
  21. The people on the right defending this tariff policy thinking the short term pain that investors feel will be better for the economy long term sound a lot like Bernie Sanders.
  22. So, I'm guessing the 39% of adults who don't own stocks in some form are the only one's that are walking on main street.
