    Perhaps, but he also said it has been reaffirmed several times, implying that its pretty established as the law. This type of fear mongering of Roe v Wade has been going on for 30 years at least. I think its time to give it a rest

    As a kid when i would go and visit my grandma in Florida, we would have to make a trip to checkers and I would just order a **** ton of fries and devour them. My favs by far. They added a checkers here up on the 90 at a thruway stop and it just wasnt the same

    Ultimately I think they are just posturing, and are using this to try and get something that they want passed later down the line. Not sure what that may be but just what I think.

    If I am not mistaken, it was a simple majority for a long time before they switched to the 60 votes. Also, I do agree in part that if Paul and Cruz are rejecting Kavanaugh on his qualifications and merits then yes they are doing their job. If they are doing it for reasons like a power play then they would be doing their country a disservice

    From what I understand, we know little about him and how he would rule, could be a wolf in sheeps clothing for republicans (yet again) and thats why I want to stay away from him

    I dont think any made his list that he said he was choosing from I think that is also another knock against her, as he wants the person he nominates to get confirmed and she would draw a lot of ire

    Yeah I more prefer Kethledge as he is in the mold of Gorsuch etc., but I picked her just to watch the left scramble to discredit her. Judge Napolitano said that Trump and Barrett didnt seem to hit it off in their meeting from what he heard so he didnt think it was going to be her
