    They're better than the Raiders and they run screens (one of our weaknesses) all day. We should win as long as Allen sticks to the gameplan.

    Elam was a square peg in a round hole. It never required hindsight to pass on him when everyone in the organization knows you run zone coverage. It flat out made no sense and clearly McDermott has failed to convert him. This organization has fully known for over 5 years it's been deficient at OL. Enjoy your fully healthy scratched BPA.

    It was a stupid and desperate pick. We knew Spencer wasn't a great OT and Tyler Smith was sitting right there as our RT. Now that would've been a need.

    Add Kyle, Eric or Fred...absolutely. Moorman or Lindell, not too interested. I think they'll have a nice interior Bills "wall of honor" room.

    It's a complimentary mix of both. The Jets game was 1 quarter of patience and 3 quarters of hero "reckless" ball. Josh will have opportunities to go deep when teams relax on deep cover 2. In the meantime he should continue with the Raider gameplan in Washington.

    This was an important game for Josh if for no other reason than to realize the immense value of "taking what they give you". There will be moments when Josh can activate hero ball, but he has to mature and change some of his game planning. He's gotta begin games calm, prepared and focused.

    Agree, I think the Chargers regret not letting Daboll work with him. But he is definitely over-rated. The Chargers, Giants and Browns will be strapped for years.
