Go on record regarding the trades

No I understand and so does Beane. You are basing what you think Sammy might be worth on his potential which is hypothetical. Thats not smart. Say he did reach this mythical hupothetical season that everyone thinks hes capable of. Are you going to pay him the money that another team thinks hes worth if they go all andrew luck contract on him? No thats fiscally irresponsible and history has shown that you cant field a sustainable football team that always wins like that. I do understand. The problem is you dont. Once again see the Saints. -
Go on record regarding the trades

Cooks nabbed the 32 and 103 overall picks. The Rams arent winning a Superbowl. That top 15 pick we get from them is worth more than the 32 and 103 overall pick.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/draft/draft-trade-chart/ The Saints also gave there 118 overall pick up. Stop not giving the whole story is dishonest. Comparatively speeking we robbed the Rams compared to the Cooks trade. -

The money does matter. See the saints. Also see the colts. Paying one player on your team the kind of money Watkins is likely asking for can and will as history shows destroys your ability to field a sustainable model of winning with players and stayingg under the cap. -
THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - The Brandon Beane Era Begins
Bill_with_it replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As always Shaw pleasant read. Nothing really to argue with there. Whaley left a mark alright a skid mark. -
I dont dislike him at all. He needs to mature a ton along with develop some discipline. If the young man does that he might realize his potential and he might see a turn for the better with regard to his health and more targets. If he doesnt he might just flame out with all the other high ceiling guys.

Maybe Mr. Mega talent will be healthy for LA and make a difference in the win loss column for them. He might also be a team player for them. He might also stay away from bball when he isnt even cleared to stretch. He might also not antogonize a whole fan base over a few anecdotal comments from fans. But hey hes Julio right? I mean he single handily won every game for the Bills he played in.

Im not the one that stated i didnt care if another player on my team was open when im not and i want the ball. Sammy was the one that stated that. We arent talking about favorable matchups. Because he wouldnt have stated he wanted the ball regardless of the whether or not another player was open. To insinuate or determine his motive in any other fashion than the words the player stayed would make you a mind reader.

official "happy that Sammys gone" thread
Bill_with_it replied to mrags's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He did exactly as you state those "few low lifes" did. The same ones Sammy stated had little jobs. You know the same guy who was being instructed at Clemson to be a communication major. Yeah that guy. -
So when Watkins tells the media he cares about the status of no one else on team whether or not that other player is wide open, whether or not Sammy isnt the number one read on the play he wants the qb to not listen at all to the offensive coordinator/head coach for the sole purpose of making a player look good at the hands of the team. Its a blatant and immature stab at the offense, the head coach, and the organization. Every great player doesnt say screw whatever the coaches have planned, the routes progressions of every single player whether open or not, I ME want the ball at the expense of the entire team, win/loss record, and offensive system/play calling for the sake of one player who just so happens has shown that his body is capable of remaining somewhat healthy. In a profession where your health and ability to be a team player is critical.

I could be wrong, this sounds like a we want our guys

Sammy ran a 4.43 Mathews ran a 4.46. Wipe the tears away. -
Sammy Watkins was a Communication major at Clemson. To suggest he wasnt or didnt have an opportunity to learn how to use proper English/punctuation and forming basic sentences is a very poor excuse. He chose not too and literally looked as if he hadn't received a day of education; couple that with an immature reaponse, and you have what is a true look at an unfiltered and immature Sammy Watkins. You must have found a couple of rocks to live under. This is just one statetment that he gave: "That's what I get mad at," Watkins said, "when I don't get looked at. I can look at film and his eyes go straight that way and I'm not getting looked at, at all. That's when I get frustrated. When I have one-on-one coverage, go to me. I don't care what's going on over there. I don't care if he's open. When I get one on one, just target me." That shows selfishness, putting yourself before the team, and immaturity for not keeping this stuff in house via the coaching staff.

These were watkins words:To all the people that have a problem with me being injured you guys go out there and play this sport its a 100% injury rate, Watkins wrote. Im not first or last person thats gone be injured difference from me and you guys yall mad and Im not get a life and goto work stop worrying about my job because Im good on this end and forever will be losers most of you just wish to be in this position so continue working yall little jobs for the rest of yall lives since everyone once a response here go one have a blessed day. Every doctor on the Bills staff states he was dealing with pain and could play through it. This comment was directed at someone that had a problem with him being injured, but cleared to play. Thats being critical. Sammy was a completely immature, nonprofessional, childish behavior in his lashing out. To state other wise would be deceitful seeing hiw Sammy apologized and deleted the immature attacks. Whats Ironic is you saying sammy was innocent after sammy himself admitted guilt in the form of an apology. -

Ironic you say that Sammy is justified in degrading ither humans but fans arent allowed to be critical of Sammy. Yikes. I thiught it was the oretend Sammy Watkins was never injured and never didnt play through pain thread. -
Watkins wants to get paid more
Bill_with_it replied to CanadianFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Watkins needs to olay more, catch more, and do more if he wants more. -
Well out in public its his right, on a privately own/ran message board its up to the terms of services. Personally I have no problem whatsoever with his hatred towards tyrod if it stopped right there. But sadly it doesnt he usually branches out and states ignorant things like poeple have hard ons for tyrod, calls people puppets, and the list goes on. If he could stop right after he states his opinion on the player that would be great. Cool we have another that dont know how to conduct themselves on a football forum.
-
Tyrod taylor accounted for 23 tds, Mccoy and the rest of the rbs accounted for 23 running the ball.
-
Because you still harbour an unquenchable thirst of hatred towards Tyrod. In the face of unquestionable facts that contradict the very foundation your opinion stands on. On more than one occasion you have been proven to be wrong then you usually throw out an insult or some childish snead remark. You havent changed one bit. We get it Taylor isnt Rodgers, Ryan, or Brady. He also wasnt tossing up pick sixes like Fitz, want collapsing like butt fumble, and generally helped to put this teams offense top ten in scoring. Get over yourself. He is what he is goig to be until he is or isnt. What he is unquestionably is the starting qb if the Buffalo Bills and if you cant objectively critique him without resorting to pure vitriol in discussions about the topic, well then might be time to hang that fandom up.

Just trying to dispell ignorance. Trying to make fans more educated on the sport of football.
