  1. the NFL is strange at times. look at the chiefs...knocked out the pats in a big way..beat the eagles..their only defeat btw. beat the chargers..beat the redskins...then lose to the giants...the bills and the raiders, although caar had an outstanding game and it came down to the wire. umm..who threw the td to zay jones ffs. i didnt see any other tds As far as working like a unit... the Pats are light years ahead of the bills but then they should be.
  2. Really because you would think..the all time Goat would be much more proficient..right?
  3. and Tom Brady threw an int... your point? Every qb throws a pass that isnt 100% where it should be.
  4. did gaines play last week because he seemed like a difference maker today.
  5. not throwing it like....5 ints throwing it.. i see your humbleness was short lived.
  6. i think brady eats this soft coverage D alive... dont have a problem with being proven wrong though
  7. he's getting better...needs to learn the art of toe dragging
  8. really?.... the browns are terrible...the 49rs are terrible..... the bills arent great..but they arent terrible. I'd say the bills looked better than this thread.
  9. there should probably be a rule where you have say...have two opportunities to refute a call on the field...
  10. seems like buffalo continues to hire the same type of lackluster oc coaches. Dennisons offense has zero flow to it.
  11. complete bs call... the sad thing is the refs can call these at will with no repurcussions from anyone. not only is it mind boggling that such a blatant wrong call can be called but the timing at which it happened is unforgivable.
  12. good post and well said. the problem is that someone says something...either on here or some media talking head and then someone repeats it and then suddenly its gospel truth... Then these supposed truths which were never truths to begin with randomly get thrown out with no foresight to it actually being a valid statement. Tyrod sux. Tyrod doenst throw to the middle of the field Tyrod is bad under pressure Tyrod is just a back up qb Tyrod is one of the worst qbs in the league Tyrod has horrible acuracy just a few of the myths that get tossed around as fact As far as the Bills being clueless about Tyrod... you could take as the Bills being clueless on how to actually use him or my preference would be that the Bills are clueless about his actual value as a qb...which in part reverts back to the first option.
  13. Definitely unproductive, which is still miles from 5 ints bad.
  14. Whoever the shiny new qb is, they better be bullet proof with this O-line
  15. They are referring to the younger players on defense. Supposedly early in the year they just believed they would over come whatever happened. Then I think after the Jets destruction they lost some faith. An excerpt: The level of adversity might be new for a lot of the young players Buffalo’s defense depends on. For young players who were accustomed to doing a lot of winning in college, a three-game losing streak might be unfamiliar territory for them. That’s why the vets are working hard to re-establish that mentally tough mindset with their younger teammates, especially in instances where there might be a big play made against them
  16. It seems to me the coaching staff has a unique value system for players. What they seem to see as apposed to most fans and even media is head scratching to say the least. Will be interesting to see if his playing time picks up through the end of the year.
  17. According to Chris Brown this week. Part of it is talent, especially at LB. some of it is losing confidence after the Jets game. Young guys getting discouraged when they make a bad play. Not trusting each other so they are getting out of their gaps. Seems like the Bills have had real issues with mental toughness on the D since rex.
  18. Definitely illustrates the patience needed wth a rookie QB. Good post BLM.
  19. I could be wrong here. ... (disclaimer) but sitting here thinking about things, it seems beane and mcD have a clear idea of what they want and don't want. Looking at the trades made, what we got in return vs what was given foe them. I thing if you don't fit in the box they have created, you have no real value to them. I'd put Taylor outside their box, they just don't have an option at the moment.
  20. Kind of my view point. Don't want him for the future? Fine but as long as he is your starter right now, put him in the best possible position to succeed. Dont take away what his strength is and hang him out to dry because he didn't have the success you wanted handicapped by your box
  21. You would think, but then there were sources saying Dennison was the one wanting the change.
  22. I don't remember pats o-line ever being bad for long. Unless they are going against an elite D, Brady can pretty much eat lunch while surveying the field.
  23. Excellent point. I'm with you on that. It's pretty much, damned if u and damned if you don't for Tyrod.
