  1. Leave it to you OP to find a way to bottle up all the emotions the seasons ending has given us, and putting it all in good perspective with another, enjoyable, easy reading Rockpile review. Always a pleasure and on point. Well done. Thank you Shaw66
  2. I agree, and good posting finn from within TSW. One more good draft and the mighty Buffalo is locked and loaded for Bear. Our New Era Buffalo Bills football team isn't going anywhere. Tom Brady on the other hand probably is If he wants to have a resptful ending to a historical career in the NFL. Division Championship, home games. The future looks bright for the Buffalo Bills. One Buffalo strong...
  3. Normally I won't root for another AFC team unless it helps Buffalo in some way. With that being said, being a huge fan of the QB position, I find myself mesmerized by the play of Mahomes. Go KC!!!
  4. Our best young players getting their feet wet in the playoffs for the 1st time wasted? Experience gained by Allen, Singletary or even Duke Williams wasted? Get real...
  5. A WR the size of Williams gives Allen's more often then not high velocity throws a larger catching radius. I agree, some time spent together building chemistry during the off season could prove very beneficial to the Bills O/ team IMO.
  6. I'm not saying the Duke is going to be a league superstar at the WR position. What I will say is the kid shows potential. How much remains to be seen. Impressive for a player that has barely sniffed the playing field IMO.
  7. Big down hill runner, I agree...
  8. Nobody should be ticked off at our team or coaching staff with many of our young players experiencing the playoffs for the 1st time. On the road in a hostile environment. Not in my humble opinion. The O as a unit is very young. If you want to be ticked off be mad about the Cody Ford Call, a questionable call that in all likelihood altered the outcome of the game. Or be mad about a delay of game infraction that was ignored on a critical Texan scoring drive. Buffalo overachieved this season given the youth and personnel changes. Buffalo has been overachieving under McD's watch because thats what a well coached team does period. Myself personally, I'm not mad at the Buffalo Bills in any way, shape or form. This is us , our team, and when that ship sinks I'm going down with it. One Buffalo strong...
  9. We may have If Ford doesn't get the bogus blind side block penalty. I understand, its a hard pill to swallow, OT loss is the hardest because the victory was oh so close. It went past the 60 minute mark. Two good teams that showed allot of heart today, someone had to lose...
  10. I think anyone that went into playoffs thinking Buffalo had all the pieces to win a Championship this season needs a reality check IMO. We all hope..
  11. Thanks for the help on my thread description. (We have to keep Hapless happy)
  12. I kept thinking to myself in OT, give Singletary the ball, give Singletary the ball. Instead one pass play after another. I wonder If all those folks that hate a conservative run 1st O got their collective bellys full in OT.
  13. Very happy with Dukes play. Size matters...
  14. You get what I'm saying though? Like the play to Duke Williams in the end zone, great pass, Williams would have scored the TD. Opposition's DB made a great play and prevented the TD. I don't call that playing awful on O.
  15. You know theres a difference between playing awful and the oppositions D making some good plays. You get that right?
  16. Thought we should have at least one Topic of discussion with a positve spin. I haven't seen a Bills RB with moves like that since the days of Thurman Thomas.
  17. Awful for much of the game? Hmmmm, ok
  18. I don't think there's a lineman in the NFL that would turn away and not make the same block. Probably cost us the game. Another play on a critical drive for the Texans they clearly ran out of time on the play clock. No call
  19. Anticipation is killing me. Oh Josh...
  20. I understand, Being the big homer that I am, I'll still take Josh...
  21. Josh Allens arm strength is unmatched by anyone in the history of the NFL and its not even close. It gives Allen the ability to reach distances and at a higher velocity then anything we have ever seen. A longer learning curve goes with the territory. We're just scratching the surface...
  22. Sorry to hear, pets are like family members sometimes, and it can be really hard to see them go. Our family had a toy poodle that I became close to from early childhood. My older brother ran over him with the family station wagon when I was 16. Cried my eyes out. Still miss that dog. My condolences.
  23. Speaking of Yeldon, Anyone think this guy could be a late bloomer? I liked the way he was running vs a stingy Jets D. Both him and the big Duke looked the part IMO...
  24. My original post was to compare 1 game of Williams as Barkleys go to guy to 1 season of Foster ( 2019 ) With a little help I kind of got pulled away from my original point. Metric's, geeesh... Its all good...
  25. Touche' Mr WEO Great athlete, of that there is no doubt. Can Jackson keep it going through the playoffs? I guess we're about to find out.
