Myself personally, I'm not a mod , but I don't see enough conversation evolving from this point of interest to warrant a whole thread on the subject IMO. With all due respect -

I understand where you guys are coming from, but on the same token we don't necessarily need a new thread start every time someone has a good point or post they want bring up for discussion in my humble opinion. -

I don't think its unfair at all and agree with the main difference you are referring to between the two highly talented athletes playing the QB position. -

I was pretty sure without looking Ryan Fitzpatrick scored even higher then 40, Fitz 48 ( just looked) Oh yeah, Josh Allen is one smart cookie... -
I liked McD right from the get go because of the way he came across to me as a tell it like it is, straight forward kinda guy. I found McD's steely personality an attractive quality for a HC. Thanks to @Rochesterfan my view of HC's in the league and how it relates to longevity and sustained success has changed. McD's message seems as fresh and as easy to listen to today as it did at the beginning of the process. I just wish @Rochesterfan would post more. : )

McD's appears to come across like a big brother or father figure to allot of his guys. Its been said Josh also has a little brother to some, big brother to others relationship with many If not all of the players. Like one, big, happy, and very talented family. Standing one Buffalo strong... -

The Bills have been very focused with the task at hand week in and week out since the bye ending the regular season on a high note. Its been a turbulent week and without getting into details making it very easy to lose that focus. I hope McD can find the right words to help settle his players as Buffalo begins its march to the Superbowl. -
What is the second-most important position on a football team?
Figster replied to LeviF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Allen QB's the Offense, Edmunds QB's the Defense. Sub Par play from these 2 key players for Buffalo results in sub par play from the units they control IMO. Thus why Beane attempted to draft elite at both positions. To everyone that picked WR, Mahomes favorite target is Kelce. Easily the most important player on the team not named Patrick. I'm just saying... -
Talking with a close friend of my late Dad a couple weeks ago who lives out west. Nice fella, we share a same hobby treasure hunting/ metal detecting. Some of my best hunts, spent together with this guy. Good friend of mine also. (Always will be) Anyhow, I was caught off guard when the conversation turned political wich generally, we both stay away from. The comment was made blood was going to spill over this and the conversation went down hill with me from there. Blood is going to spill because of our Democracy at work , I asked before I politely ended the conversation. He was right. Left, Right, somewhere in the middle. How in Gods name did we get to this place.

Does the bills success continue without daboll?
Figster replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Justin Herbert with Tyrod Taylor as backup is a nice place to start though I'm afraid. -
Chan Gailey resigns as OC of Dolphins
Figster replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Gaileys decision may have have had allot to do with how the Dolphins chose to handle the QB position this season IMO. Gailey loves him some Fitzy... ( loved me some Get Smart back in the day) -
Chan Gailey resigns as OC of Dolphins
Figster replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like Chan Gailey from an innovative standpoint and have often wondered how a Gailey Offense would perform when the misfits were replaced with elite play from the QB and WR positions. I also think Fitzpatrick may have a bright future coaching in the NFL. So while the likelihood of this happening If Daboll is hired as a HC elsewhere are probably slim to none. Promoting from within has never seemed to work well for Buffalo. Watching the Browns O operate under Alex Van Pelt makes me cringe at some of the alternatives. The thought of losing Daboll is very depressing... -
Happless brought up mechanical issues because of the hip surgery and unfortunately for Tua it helps explain why he is struggling on throws that used to be routine and come natural. It has me 2nd guessing my thoughts on the whole build around Tua strategy.

So you don't think Gailey and Fitz would be a good replacement for a Dabooll departure? -
The Georgia Runoff--So Big!
Figster replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Why would tens of thousands of people who are struggling to pay rent, utilities, even putting food on the table want money. Do you think Biden chose to run with the failure to pass the $ 2000 stimulus as a way to get people out to vote by accident. Do you think Trumps warning to the Republicans that they would be dead in the water If they shot down the stimuls was by accident. -

Absolutely, this turned out to be the Republicans worst nightmare. Myself personally, I think this will help our Country unite and more bipartisan partnerships will prevail in the long run. -
