Browns have a nasty D, They could very easily be 3 - 0 and probably would be had Mayfield started the season. Sam Darnolds 1st game was no fluke in my humble opinion.

What a great football game, good for the Browns. Mayfields size concerned me before the draft, but man does he play big.

I respectfully disagree, sure its going to happen on occasion, but it does matter what caliber lineman you have or the occasionlly becomes more frequently. How can you even run the ball well when the Oline is getting blown off the line of scrimmage? Do you think its by coincidence the Eagles have one of the best Olines in the league?

Sometimes brutally can cost you a QB.

Nobody should be shocked at how Peterman played, its not like we didn't see it coming, or losing game 2 with a rookies 1st start. Many fans predicted a slow start. Preseason and the 1st regular season game did very little by way of giving Allen reps with the starters IMO.

Look at it this way , starting Allen now puts the Bills as much as one year ahead of schedule IMO. The Buffalo Bills need to approach the rest of the season with patience and I suggest as fans we do the same. enjoy watching Allen develop, watch the young man get his 1st win, string a couple W's together, I know I am...

I like this summary, decisive moves by McD, The speed of Josh Allens development was just increased greatly by Bills HC McDermott. It was a gutsy decision that anyone who wanted to see Allen sooner vs later should appreciate in my humble opinion. Myself personally, big fan of the QB position and we have waited so long for a QB to come along like this, win or lose as long as Allen stays healthy and improves from week to week, I for one am going to enjoy it...

I really liked how the Bills came out in the 2nd half and view the learning experience for Allen a good one despite the loss.

No huddle doesn't help a below average Oline perform better and the TE debacle is a great example IMO.

While I Understand the idea behind it , the Oline needs time to gel before they should be attempting to run a no huddle in my humble opinion. crawl before you walk kinda thing...

I think its awesome to see a Bills QB that stands so tall in the pocket he looks like one of the biggest players on the field.

Bills ownership seemed as much a part of why Allen became a Bill as McBeane IMO and why not, whats not to like about this kid...

I don't expect McD to be happy because best case scenario has Peterman playing well enough to hold down the position until Allen has had some time to watch and learn on the sidelines. More importantly, allowing the O as a unit time to gel. Sometimes what wasn't the plans becomes part of the process...
