Would you prefer to make the playoffs or get the #1 pick?
Buffalo716 replied to JetsFan20's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Ignoring that he started his career with three straight 11-win seasons on a team that had the number one pick right before he got there because they were so bad And finished his career with a playoff appearance The dude went four out of six years. and is tied with Drew Brees for most passing touchdowns per game in NFL history -
Totally agree Griffin became a key cog. Gurrier has an NBA furture I believe because his athleticism but Griffin is a much purer scorer rn Ansalem vs Edwards will be a good battle

Boeheim says Kadari Richmond will play PG I love it! He has great size for the spot and a feel that is getting much better!

https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-s-top-nine-defenses-in-2020-chargers-bills-49ers-all-loaded-but-who-s-no-1 He has always been a fan of McDermott and his transformation project We have pieces all over the line and playmakers in the linebacking Corp and secondary I think we are easily a top 3 unit and Schein agrees having us at #2 in his rankings

Game Pass Film Session: Tre White
Buffalo716 replied to Stank_Nasty's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Some games he shadows WRs over the field and some games he stays on one side It's all dependent on the game plan and the others teams skill players McDermott and Frazier really do alot in the back end -

The people are friendly everywhere in Western New York... and williamsville and Amherst are gorgeous but it's not exactly the City of Buffalo, they are some of the nicest suburbs You get that big chip on your shoulder in the actual City people. Like Lovejoy or the east side or west side, South Buffalo etc those are the people that feel like they've always been overlooked
-
That really isn't far off Mostly everybody here has a chip on their shoulder. Whether they feel they've been overlooked ,pushed around ,haven't had enough opportunities etc It's not really an inferiority complex but it's a massive chip on their shoulder like Tom Brady

Is QB the most mentally taxing position in sports?
Buffalo716 replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fitz's smarts have landed him over 30,000 passing yards and 200 passing touchdowns It wasn't his football gifts that got him all that. It was his work ethic and IQ for the game if he had physical gifts of Josh Allen or Aaron Rodgers or jameis Winston he would be a Hall of famer -

They play the big nickel about 15% of snaps . So I wouldn't say it's used alot but it's used in specific situations -
How will Bills Defense the Run Pass Option?
Buffalo716 replied to Old Coot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly this isn't College Run the RPO and you're not protected Hit him hit him again and hit him every time he runs that stupid play Ask Brad kaaya from the U how it feels to have a tooth dislodge from his head because they kept running a rpo -
I think he can separate that easily in his mind.

I don't think a journeyman rb means you're not tanking lol Besides I don't think Bill belichick was ever going to tank the season. He has too much pride

Completely agree. Luck was surrounded by ineptitude for years, and he paid the price physically -

Andrew luck retired because he just didn't want to play anymore and was beat up He was on Pace to break lots of major passing record in NFL history if he kept playing Brees and Luck each average 1.98 passing TDs per game Average yards per game all time 1- Brees 281.5 2) Stafford 275.3 3) luck 275.2 Luck was literally entering his prime for a QB and if he played as long as Brady or Brees he probably would have taken down those records. -
