Jim's never had a point guard that had subpar handles. he struggles with sticky pressure because he has sub par athleticism for the ACC and can't finish at the rim and isnt the best at splitting double teams It's not because he doesn't have good handles. And Frank Howard was a good point guard. Look how inconsistent we've been since he left .. Gillon was good for his year here Trevor Cooney Tyler Ennis scoop jardine Brandon Trich Johnny Flynn There's almost never a bum point guard in orange and white
-
Jim gets good point guards all the time And Girard actually does have pretty tight handles, he just struggles finishing And struggles like you said with decision making.. but so did Frank Howard for years Not saying Richmond wasn't really really good.. but Jim gets really really good guys all the time.. and the history of transfers out of su they don't bode well And Jesse Edwards has become a mythical figure like Christian Wade.. he played good in some games.. and was absolutely bullied by some teams when he was in.. Jim's legendary at developing players.. you ever think he got better throughout the year so he played more Marek was our most important player all year like boeheim said, regardless of position and he needed to be out there

Joe Girard has to play point guard in the ACC He's way too short to play shooting guard And Marek was forced to play center due to injuries.. and we had really good forward depth Let alone the fact that the offense was ran through him this year.. a 611 forward center combo.. the offense was ran through him at the top of the key.. Jim always put him in his best spot to succeed offensively

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Buffalo716 replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Unlike the cesspool called PPP , thank you for having a civil conversation If people start losing their jobs, and their ability to live their lives or make money, because they choose to not get vaccinated And the masked are separated from the unmasked then yes those parallels will be striking to alot of people That's why it's been tossed around -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

My grandfather fled the Nazis When the Jews started implementing star in 1938-39 they did have plenty of people resisting wearing them Again you couldn't tell all the Jews apart.. which is why they needed to mark them...you needed actual religious records.. And the ones who were caught not wearing them were severely punished.. The Jew who got helped by the German, who changed his name, and removed the star was able to blend in easier and survive They were only caught because the star completely singled them out.. which let them all be rounded up into the ghettos.. But the ones who got help from Germans who changed their names and removed the star, or didn't wear it.. didn't get rounded up en mass like the majority The point people make is that this is how atrocities start in the world.. not that this is the start of another atrocity.. But if they start saying unvaccinated people can't work, or live lives, or take care of their families because they can't make money.. well that's a line that can't be crossed in this country -

My grandfather fled Nazi Germany and told me what opppression looked like It's not about if they're going to murder the unvaccinated.. also the Nazis didn't start murdering the Jews for years... it's that they are singling them out as a group and trying to oppress them -

No but the Holocaust didn't start with just murdering Jews You couldn't tell the difference between lots of Germans and a Jew so they put the Star of David on them.. to single them out Then they put them in ghettos and then took them off to concentration camps The star was to single them out. Just like the unvaccinated.. AKA The masked are being singled out -
If you've ever owned a business you know how tough that is. What are you going to give a fry cook? $20 an hour? What about the actual skilled laborers making $20 an hour Then they deserve 30 or 40.. what about the nurses and people making $30 an hour? Then they deserve 40 or 50 That would make everybody's pay get out of whack. 12.50 minimum wage in New York state is high. You're not even getting that in most places

Absolutely. Thank you for being our best rebounder over 2 years . He was physical!

Two weeks into the season he's going to be playing forward on the low post lol Coaches will say anything to get a good player to commit. Then when he realizes Quincy shoots 28-30% from 3.. he's not going to give Quincy the green light to shoot seven threes a game... Like boeheim Ask any player that came through Syracuse over 40 years. They all say Jim knows how to put players in their best chance to succeed.. if Jim wasn't letting Quincy plau the perimeter a lot, it's because that's where Quincy wouldn't be the most successful Jim always has players playing their best role when they're on the court regardless of any other decisions
