I’m going to say (all things considered) Diggs is the best WR the bills ever had. Reed played longer. Reed also played on a team surrounded by HOFers for much better coaching. Put Diggs on the 90s Bills and Im pretty sure the numbers are astounding. It ended bad with Diggs so it’s going to be unpopular. He’s the best WR we ever had. How good was he? That good. Better then all the other Bills

There needs to be an overhaul of the entire defensive coaching scheme. It’s THE only problem we have. It’s what’s cost us a Super Bowl. Maybe even more than one. Our problem is THE guy coaching the defense. It’s been since 2018. 2017 was good. I’ll give him that year. The scheme was figured out. It’s been completely shredded by anyone competent. It’s the thing that’s keeping us from where we want to go. I don’t care if McDermott stays on as the HC. I just want him to have nothing to do with the Defense. Zero. Nothing to do with it. A person from the outside needs to take it over and we will win the Super Bowl. If Wade Phillips is our DC we have a ring already

If they get to 600 yards passing or something can we start to have the conversations that are 8 years overdue? Can we just scrap every part of this guys defense and actually win a Super Bowl before Josh retires

I get the game doesn’t count in the standings but is there any chance we might have a single play on defense that looks like we give a *****? Is there a reason that our backups need to look overmatched on every drive by other backups? It’s not the end of the world but can we put guys in the right position for a drive?

Shenault sucks. IMO he has zero chance to make this team. Codrington is going to be the KR and Moore is going to make the team. People need to come off the fringe WRs…they aren’t going to make the team and they don’t deserve to. MAYBE Hamler makes it but the WRs are Colman Samuel Shakir Palmer Moore

There is a middle ground here. Give the dude some money and let’s go win a Super Bowl. He’s the 2nd best player on the offense. Whatever money it is, it’s not going to be that bad. Let’s go. Go win the thing and move on with your lives. Win a Super Bowl and no fan is going to complain about a contract for 20 years

The modern day QB gets the ball out way too fast. You don’t get there with 4, nobody does. Unless you have a once in a lifetime game like the eagles in the Super Bowl..you gotta confuse them. You need to send pressure and have unpredictable coverage looks. We do the same thing every year and it’s never is going to confuse anyone. Every decent QB has whatever they want on 3rd down. We never make stops. It’s painfully obvious to anyone that watches is. This is THE problem. It just continues to be ignored and kicked down the road. You aren’t getting there with 4 because the QBs get the ball out to quick. It’s not our guys…it’s the scheme

2017 our defense was good. Teams got that offseason to study it and our defense has been useless since. This coach relies on turnovers and our own offense to bail us out. If we aren’t turning people over, we aren’t stopping them. If our offense isn’t scoring TDs constantly, we aren’t winning. As long as this guy is here, it will never change. That’s why we haven’t won a Super Bowl. I don’t care if McDermott stays on as HC. But if he has any influence over the defense or offensive philosophy, we aren’t going to win the Super Bowl. Hes a good culture guy, a good leader and someone who holds people accountable…his game day decisions, personnel moves and X’s and O’s are terrible.

This defensive coaching, philosophy and scheme has been the issue since 2018 and it’s just never going to change. We keep looking at every other thing but the problem from that day is the problem that will keep us from a Super Bowl. I don’t need McDermott gone but I need his defense gone. If those 2 can’t be separated then the both can walk. It’s preseason…I’m not saying this because of preseason. I’m just saying new year, same thing
