  1. yup much easier to put it at mvp Allen's feet...every time i swear it's like clockwork lol teflon sean skates
  2. even then it isn't tbh last season exemplified 'more than the usual' kind of luck
  3. sure but given the choice i think id rather move Maye to his left (iirc the one time he had to throw moving left he skipped the throw off the turf) than take a chance of sack vs him escaping right where he was killing us
  4. I don't get the Coleman thing lol I mean it's right there on tape. He's got a few good tools but if he were breaking out he'd be breaking out. He has a lot of holes in his game rn I will say Brady doesn't appear to be doing him any favors but again...if he were some bubbling megatalent we'd know it by now
  5. decision is ok imo just a bad ball, needs to be low and away
  6. Yeah like I said I'm not seeing it Releases are still slow, routes still sloppy, and still doesn't understand leverage If everyone didn't say how good a kid he is I'd call what he's doing out there half hearted He put some bad tape out there yesterday but the first 4 games weren't great either imo
  7. Where's the evidence? He looks like exactly the same player to me
  8. regardless that's a big about face on him from what bills were selling preseason
  9. i was replying to this '...there aren’t many runs where a team doesn’t have to score 27-30 points one or more times anymore...' when there was just one two yrs ago they are not going to get rid of McDermott so actually it's the opposite. they need to stop investing so much capital on defense and go all in w Allen and offense like ive been saying for the last 5yrs
  10. chiefs literally just won a super bowl two years ago never scoring more than 27 bengals got there never scoring more than 24
  11. ending to those *regular* seasons
  12. not necessarily outrun but in lower level football (full disclosure i did not play in the nfl 😂😂) they teach wrs to gain leverage on your man by working slightly back toward the throw and shakir keeps his route pretty flat there which makes it a lot easier for a db playing trail to come over the top...if you work back toward the throw he has to go through you
  13. both the initial playcall and the audible are called and designed by brady checks have rules based on personnel and looks
  14. the all22 is up im not seeing much beyond the underneath stuff that we ended up taking a lot bout halfway thru
  15. if we're being consistent people would be saying fire brady lol
  16. i think it's more testament to how crazy our expectations are from the QB spot that we look at a wideout 10seconds after snap 30+ yards away opposite side endzone from QB scramble and think 'hey that guy's open'
  17. i mean its fair to question the design on that second down play that he threw away imo not only are the routes just kind of run into coverage but nobody's even looking back for the ball at the top of Allen's drop the only options there are checkdown to cook or some kind of slow developing deep shot into that 2deep look 😂😂i think once you hit the '11 second mark' it's pretty safe to assume there arent a lot of right answers anymore
  18. hc sets the menu, gm gets the ingredients
  19. 😂😂my thought after reading threads this morning is there are LOT of people who will drone on about how margins are thin, luck is involved, and any number of reasons why we haven't had more success in the postseason...then turn around w a fine tooth comb looking for micro flaws as to why Allen didn't play well enough for us to win lol
  20. it was a big spot for the kid and he played very well
  21. i already said- you need to pause at the top of his drop as that's when the reads/timing match up not after he's bailed right
  22. i would call this his B game it's a function of how little NFL folks like OP watch...100% of QBs are missing reads and throws and turning the ball over. 0.0% of QBs are making the plays Allen does to keep us on schedule w any kind of regularity i mean this would have been a good game for Mahomes last season for example and they won 15 games. that when allen puts up this line the offense looks lost is more testament to how reliant we are on MVP level play from the QB spot than anything else. it's a big ask and we do it season after season after season
