  1. that moniker has fit all of us (yourself included) from time to time.
  2. if that's the case then you don't have a point, or it's diluted because you're removing players who don't fit it.
  3. It would have been more incredible if you said so while dead.
  4. fact is you did, so back off.
  5. That's not a save, it's an honest approach. A save would be a washy washy response, not the one you quoted.
  6. Approve? I don't have any right to approve or disapprove it. I don't like it, but, I hope I'm wrong.
  7. I steal all my best material. I'm conflicted by the hire but behind it. My biggest fears are: Rex was never really the HC in NJ. He was DC first and foremost. I really hope that changes. A HC can't ignore the rest of the team. That could be a bad perception on my part, but, it's my reality. That led (possibly) to my second fear. Rex's teams showed no discipline off the field (if that makes any sense). My impression was that players loved playing for him because he didn't hold them accountable for the things they said and did. That can easily change if he turns the reins over to 3 good coordinators and manages the team and guides it in the right direction. Meanwhile, my entry for the Bills 2015 motto: We can lick any team
  8. i think the game has passed Lombardi by. I would not be behind that hire.
  9. This thread has served its purpose.
  10. Well, this will take some getting used to. I always thought that with NY that he let the inmates run the asylum. Maybe with the right type of players that won't be an issue.

  17. people who ride my ass when I'm going 10+ miles over the limit and am passing slower traffic.
  18. Your cheatin heart 😇
  19. People who drive as if there is no speed limit on interstates.Unground bees.
  20. overmatched but creative offenses from HS on up disagree with everything you are saying.
  21. i hate you for saying that.
  22. your last sentence is the important one. Would have found a way to make the QB work & would have done something different.
  23. chan is a great example to use. He made it appear that Kordell Stewart was an NFL QB for a couple seasons. HS teams went to crazy spread offenses, why? Because the didn't have the horses. Mike Leach scared the crap out of UT. Why?
  24. I'm afraid to post in this thread for fear of jinxing the tank. What should I do?
  25. you are taking the point of view that a weak QB & o-line require a non-innovative offense. I'd argue the opposite. If you don't have the horses you get creative to compensate. Doing a turtle does you no good.
