Well I'm not reading all the past pages about this. But I want you to know this. I am a fan of Katy Perry's Jugs and I am hoping they fall out during the super bowl.

This has been my EXACT preference for a location. And it improves the blight of the area with the awful Perry St. projects getting removed from the face of the earth. This makes more sense than the river location that selected by the state. Hell that site the state picked could be used for parking and traditional tailgating. Let's move on this! I really like the idea of stretching the metro rail up to Larkinville also. That would be a big boost.

No you didn't say Fred needs to be cut. You said you WANT him to be cut. I'm not denying anything about what a bad year Fred had. But so did your guy Brown. And they were both for the same reason mostly. Coaching. Fred gets to stay and both guys will be having more productive seasons. I hope.

Yep there sure is. And the new Sheriff doesn't want to come in and remove a Captain. Also, you do know we aren't re signing Spiller and he will be replaced a guy who nobody thinks will make it out of camp right? Brown will get plenty of snaps next season. Fred does not get cut next season.

I still wouldn't cut him. He has value whether as a returner, in the dime, and how often do you lose corners? Always. He has a reasonable contract and therefore stays. Even if we signed Revis and I don't think we will.

I feel even more grateful that Doug graced us with his decision to leave. Ugh I think it would have been Bill recommending his son as gm. Thanks Doug!

I have always been on the side of putting it in the Perry St Projects. I think that the South Park proposal is the winner of the four suggestions by far. You still get to knock those crappy buildings down. And of the four sites the most red dots labelled potential development are on that site :-) I believe if we're doing this and it will carry an economic impact, that site wins by a mile. Oh and it may be the only one downtown that could accommodate some tailgating and some rv lots if it's done right.

For me, hiring Rex just put us up another level. I think his impact here will be significant. He is the right guy, in the right place at the right time. He is bringing mostly, the right people on board with him. So when our record shows 11-5 nest year where does that rank us? That makes everyone involved better. So Whaley becomes a top guy no?

I got no issues with the structure. Don't think any of them involved with it will have a problem with it either. And if it sprung from Pegula's not knowing what he's doing that's okay too. Marrone leaving us happened like that too! :-)
