well the cop was talking the drugs immediately. Stated he is impaired by something other than Alcohol. They were setting up the drug charge. however a cop blocker was also there filming. Why request a vehicle search. They were looking for the drug charge and were hoping they would find it. Instead they found the add on gun charge I know I never said anything wrong with the search either. It is clear they wanted the drug charge. Just couldn’t get it. They have to be careful anyway Montgomery PD has a long list of corruption. I am not saying this is that. But I can see the DA saying Ok let’s make this plea and have this all go away instead of having the light turned on this PD
