  1. I clicked on it and it took me to the Facebook sign in page.
  2. Nice write ups. If I counted correctly you have 3 CB's going in round 1, that keeps hope for Tre White in round 2 alive.
  3. Good 1st round. The Bruins are out and that sucks but the Sens were better and displayed a more consistent effort. Good luck to anyone with interests in the 2nd round. I'm going to pull for the Ducks/Rangers.
  4. The only reason I would dislike Chad Kelly at a 5th or later level is because Buffalo Barbarian gave him the kiss of death. Chad is immature but he has the natural instincts on the field combined with some serious talent. He is one ass beating away from becoming someone's franchise QB.
  5. That's fine, but I have a hard time believing a GM who tells me Lawson/Ragland were 1 and 2 on his wish list. What Woods got from the Rams is in line with what teams are willing to pay for WR2 in FA. See Sanu etc. I don't like that price tag and a team like the Bills can find good value in the draft. I was begging for Boyd in the second last year and mentioned many times that Woods wouldn't get paid here. This draft isn't even as important to me, the Bills are transitioning again and they have to many holes to fill. I hope they swing for the fences with an early QB. Whaley doesn't have enough wiggle room to draft true BPA and have a long term approach. Which is why I wanted him gone.
  6. Wez like peas and carrots.
  7. It's not a bad idea because Sammy has been injured one way or another for the majority of his career. Sure, he has suited up on Sunday's but how many full weeks of practice has he had? If the value is there at 10 it would be tempting to select a WR and have an alternate plan. It would be 3 out of the last 4 1st round picks going to the WR position. That is going to get Lions mentions. Sure those guys sucked but if the Bills go WR at 10 that means Watkins wasn't able to produce as expected. A WR as good as Sammy should only need complimentary pieces in the passing game. Another first round WR and the highest paid guaranteed contract to a TE? How bad does TT suck? Or is it Watkins injury history?
  8. I just think that's a different situation entirely. They didn't trade up for Hopkins. He was drafted much later than our scheduled first round pick, he was taken 27th. The Bills invested a ton in Sammy Watkins. The Texans also boast a playoff caliber defense and a team largely limited solely by their QB. I would argue the Bills are one of the five worst teams talent/cap wise heading into 17'.
  9. No trying to be the resident contrarian but I don't see it with Howard. Maybe it's the history at the TE position. Hooker is the guy I would be most excited about at 10. If he is on the board I want him. If they pass on him it better be for Mahomes or Mitch. I won't flame them for any QB at 10 but if Whaley goes with Watson I won't be surprised nor will I be surprised when he sucks.
  10. I can't speak for an entire fanbase but I certainly wouldn't be upset with it. I could see why they wouldn't do it though. Drafting a WR with the 10th overall pick is also an admission of failure...and once again I wouldn't hate it. If it's Corey Davis. Whaley and company have failed but if they are here to stay I'm ok with accepting that and moving forward and not doing stupid things just because they screwed them up previously.
  11. If I could get onboard the no QB train I would love this draft, a few guys I don't think will be available at the slot but still well done.
  12. Barnett is what we wish Lawson would become, I'm afraid the pick would be to redundant for GM on a slippery slope.
  13. I like this guy. He was a productive player. Does it matter where he was drafted? Let me help you, the answer is no. I'm still waiting for the Jaguars to trade away Hurns for a 5th rounder...because well...who knows!!! Logic? Of course
  14. We can remain hopeful, I'm not sure how much the college injuries had to do with what we saw last year. Certainly needs to run with more authority and hold onto that ball.
  15. We did this last offseason and we all had chubbies, after a few games of slow tap dancing to the LOS we were all left high and dry.
  16. Dimarco wasn't enough of a leader in that backfield? That's all I hear about, he is a great team guy. They also needed Tolbert for that? Hah... Turn off the blinders if Tolbert makes this roster that means they are occupying 1/53 with a less talented player than they could have.
  17. That's simply not true, in Bill we trust is all these mouth breathers know.
  18. Once you sign with NE save the bedroom talk. We hate yah now.
  19. Starting? Are you shitting me? These two are perfect, they should provide more of this banter during work hours though. That would make my days more enjoyable.
  20. Doug Whaley couldn't accumulate picks even if the other 31 GM's were named Billy King.
  21. How much less could you care? With that line of thinking I wonder if Jacksonville will trade us Hurns for that same 5th rounder so they can turn their UDFA asset into "draft capital"
  22. Right. If someone told you a few years ago Jamal Charles would be a FA into May you would have laughed. Speed backs go down hill quick, MG has much more shelf life. Shady has already gone from 300 to 200 carries.
  23. What?! A 5th is what the Pats gave up for him. The article was a debate on his production and the value of the pick. Obviously you didn't read it.
  24. I would suggest reading Bandits post above, the MG contract wasn't going to affect the cap. In a year the Bills are going to be begging to overpay FA's to come here.
