I think the Bills are A OK in that regard. They have years of convincing evidence that they have no idea what they are doing or not doing during drafts.

The 32nd pick just landed the Pats Cooks, the Cheifs picked 27th this year. Can we say that is pretty close on the draft scale? Pats also have to pay Cooks so that hurts his value and their final trade value. A 27th pick is by no means getting you up to 1st or 2nd is a super star QB is there. That's what we are waiting for right? A can't miss Franshise guy? That was RG3 what was the haul ?

That KC pick would be a throw away they would want Bills picks for future years. I'm busy now but how far was the move on RG3?

If KC has a season like they just had that first round pick won't be much leverage. The only way the Bills are getting to the top of the board is to lose more games than everyone else. If they wanted to move up from 10 to 1 for Darnold a team would want the Bill's future picks not KC's future pick.

In defense of Jeff he did give a list of players he liked and reasons why. He is really taking it on the chin with the Mahomes thing the past two days. It was over the top leading up to the draft, I agree but does everything have to revert back to that? If Ethan Pocic falls he could be a target, the Bills have more pressing needs but he is a versatile Olineman that played at LSU. He is another good team guy and according to a few reports I read he excels in blocking in space for the run game. Sounds like a ZBS guy, possible replacement for wood or the aging Incog?
