No problem. It would have added an interesting strategy to the season. When do you sit your quarterback or star edge rusher?

Hi Gugny: Where did you see this? I have looked online and I can not find where it states that each player will be restricted to playing 16 games in a regular season? It makes sense if the NFL is trying to look like player safety is taken into consideration

The Lesson in the Sabres Horrendous Season
longtimebillsfan replied to IronyAbounds's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills trend has not been one season. Look at the Bill's trend since 2017. This is truly apples and oranges. The Sabres are a poorly run organization. The Bills have top level management and are a class operation from top to bottom. -

I won't dump on you. That has already been done. Thanks for the effort. -
He has maintained the roster to a large extent. With limited cap space that is nothing short of a miracle. I would argue that he has improved the offense with the addition of Emmanuel Sanders. Beane had stated that his plan was to retain has many of our current players as he could and not make a big splash in free agency this year. by signing our top free agents he has avoided creating more need on our team and he can now take the best player available in the May draft. I am not sure what more you could expect of Beane given the current financial situation..

I know I am in the minority, but our offense is the strongest part of our team. I see our needs as 1) pass rusher, 2) CB2, 3) TE. Just my humble and very uninformed opinion.

Zach Ertz about to be traded? [Edit: or Not]

I'm 68 kid. You obviously don't remember Paul Costa. He was awesome! Your "history" started in the late 70's at best. There was a significant amount of Biils history before you were potty trained. -

Beane is the king. Long live the king! -
Woke up on the wrong side of the bed, did you? This is a PR statement to let fans know the mind set of the ownership. That is what Kim's statement accomplished. Not sure why the anger. Take a deep breath, realize how far the Bills have come in the last four years, let that smile start to develop, and lighten up Francis.

In my opinion, Watt would have helped us as much with shoring up our run defense as he would our pass rush. I wanted the Bills to sign him, but not at the price the Cardinals paid. That would have limited what we could do to prepare for the 2021 season. I am hopeful that Star can come back and be effective with helping our run defense. We are in great shape and Beane will fill our needs by finding the best options for us that our financial situation will allow. Watt was not the cornerstone to build our 2021 season. We should be okay with out JJ. IMHO

Not a fan of Levi starting. He is decent depth, but that us his ceiling. IMHO. -
Did you play football, at any level?
longtimebillsfan replied to Ray Stonada's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My wife and I have friends that live in Coventry UK. Their son play QB at their professional level. He has played on a team in Germany and in, I believe Norway. -

I played tight end and defensive end in high-school in the late 60s - 70. It helped some but today's game is so different and much more sofisticated. By the way, those leather helmets were a pain.
