Unless maybe they change the rule to have two types of DPI. A minor DPI (bumping the receiver, arm barring, etc) would draw a penalty of spot of the foul up to 15 yards max. A flagrant DPI would be be spot of the foul or a minimum of 15 yards
The Netflix series is a lower quality production (less budget I think) but definitely worth watching. Very different takes on some of the characters.
And unlike the Showtime Borgias, the Netflix Borgias ran to a planned final season that wraps up several story lines
which Borgia series? There were two concurrent Borgia series, one on Netflix and the other on Showtime, that sometimes get confused with one another
The Borgias, Showtime, with Jeremy Irons as Rodrigo
Borgia, Netflix, with John Doman as Rodrigo
Carter won in 1976 so there was a wose candidate
McGivern is debatable. Terrible candidate but not despised on a bipartisan level like Hillary
Mondale had the misfortune of running against Reagan in 1984. Even a strong Democratic nominee would have lost handily.
Dukakis might have been a stronger candidate if he didn't have to run against the shadow of Reagan

I loved Deadwood. Didn't catch it when it was airing on HBO but I did get a good binge out of it
Another HBO series worth mentioning, Rome
Started off great but went downhill in the last two season

The rights of the Individual vs the power of a Central Authority (Government, King, Church, etc). Does the power of the Central Authority flow from the consent of the Governed or are the rights of the citizenry granted from the benevolence of the Central Authority?
Those among us who favor the individual over a Central Authority tend to side in favor of the Second Amendment. Those who would surrender individual rights in favor of the "Greater Good" should enjoy the moral high ground because the day may come when they regret their magnanimity.
