I used to think that drew was a good Qb who could help this team. After the last two full seasons of him absolutely KILLING my team, I want him gone NOW!!!!!!

I saw Ladder 49. It was a decent movie, although EXTREMELY predictable. My son knew the entire movie before we bought the tickets, thats just from the previews. BTW- he is only 12.... Haven't seen the others yet....

The offense only scored 13 points. I dont care about the conditions. The Bills scored 45 against the Cards a few years ago in the same kind of weather. I am still concerned about scoring more points.... BTW- why did we not chose to have the wind in the 4th? If the game was on the line and we need a FG to win, I want the wind....no? Bottom line, we needed a win, and we got one. Lets hope this team learns how to do it again....

My sentiments exactly. Top Ten picks are extremely risky. Especially when you figure in the potential for drafting a LOSER and paying him an incredible salary when he has never played a down in the NFL. I would rather take top ten money and make a run at an Orlando Pace, Walter Jones type free agent. Or a John Abraham, Julius Peppers type. Either way, you get a proven NFL player who doesn't need 2-3 years to develope when you are paying them 6-7 MIl a year...OUCH!

For most of my life, this game has been the ONE game on the schedule that I circled as a must win. You know, the game you got pumped up for like no other. Chase the wife and kids out of the house, paint your face, scream all day at the TV... And now we have 2004 Bills. A team who fires me up about as much as a root canal. Where did it go wrong? I love the Bills, I wont begin to be interested or really excited again until JP starts to play. Seriously, he is the future and I will watch him and dream of Big Games again. This wont be the same, but here goes.... GO BILLS!!!!! SQUISH THE FISH!!!!!!

I agree with you in that I think the Bills get three TD's from our Offense. But I dont think that the TRUE MM offense will be unveiled until next season when JP ist the STARTING QB. We have heard TD and MM say that everything is being done to protect Bledsoe and limit the sacks. That means limited offense, less attacking and creativity. Next year, they will be less worried about sacks due to JP's ablity to avoid people, so they can put in the entire offense. Oh, and with Willis as the starting RB, he will be able to pick up a Blitz now and the too. Something Travis doesn't appear able to do....

I agree Frez. Today we will see what this is made of. I hope that it is a good thing, and not a bad thing..... Bills MUST eliminate mistakes and run the DAMN ball.....

My point was simply this, they dont impress me and I think we can win. The Bills need to play their best game of the year to do it, but that aint saying much now is it? Go Bills.....

They beat the 1-3 Bengals, the 2-2 Chargers, and the 0-4 Fish. Combined record of 3-9. The Bills Opponents are 3-1 jags, 2-2 raiders, and 4-0 Pats combined 9-3. I say the Jets can be beat. Granted the Bills must play GOOD football, and not kill themselves, something we haven't done yet this season... Dear Football God, Please let Drew play mistake free football like he did in his youth. Please let the Bills NOT kill themselves in the Red Zona. And Please let the Defense hold the Jets so that our Beloved Bills can get a much needed win.... Amen

For the record-----The Az Cardinals are better than we are currently, and I bet they will be better than we are at the seasons end. Watching the Cards all season, I will tell you that they are playing some great football on defense, and their offense has gotten better every week. Boldin is coming back from injury soon, and McCown is a young guy learning to win. I predict 7-9 for the Redbirds. I dont think our Beloved Bills will get to 7-9. Not with Drew at QB....

That Kinda sounds like the whole show so far, DCTom. My wife and I like it though, and will be tuned in next week. We also watch Hawaii on NBC....

Maybe not Bob. But would a veteran coach have gotten more out of our team? Have them more disciplined so the Special teams Penalties against the Raiders didnt happen? Would an experienced coach challenge the Henry non-touchdown in the same game? Maybe an experienced coach would have been able to get the guys to execute better in the red zone against the Jags so that last second catch didnt matter. Maybe he would have them NOT call a qb rollout with a guy like Bledsoe so we have a chance to force overtime against the Pats. Thats an awful lot of MAYBE's. But with a rookie Head Coach learning on the job, fans are going to wonder, what if? We can play this game all night and not decide anything. So whats the Point. You cant Prove the Bills would be any better against the Giants foes anymore than I can say what the Giants would be against the Bills foes. This board is just about opinions. first- whassup JSP. Haven't seen you here for a while now.... Second- ignoring most of this thread, the point that coaching is huge in terms of wins and losses is valid. Just ask a Cowboy fans if Parcells makes a difference. Or a Patriot fan if he thinks Belicheck makes a difference. JSP's point is that perhaps the Bills would be slightly better if, say Fassell or Coughlin or Denny Green were hired here. I happen to agree with him. The Bills probably would be better now with one of those guys, but Mularkey might be the best guy for Buffalo in the long term. All three of the coaches I mentioned have a way of wearing out their welcome and are gone in 3 years. Maybe Ralph and Tom are thinking that the Bills need a guy who can turn this team around and stay for the next 10 years like a Cowher, or a Levy. Maybe Mularkey is that guy. I dont know. I like Mularkey and dont think the teams losses are directly his fault. But I sure dont want to hire a guy who will only be here for 2-3 years and then be gone. I would rather a guy who can be here and develope with a core group of players like JP, Willis, Evans and the future STARS of the Buffalo Bills...Imagine looking for ANOTHER new coach in 2 years who will bring in another new system?????

But when we all looked at the schedule back in june or july, did anyone think the Bills would be 3-0 right now? Hell no. Most people figured 2-1 or 1-2. I know I did. So the Bills have lost one (or two) that they shouldn't have and we now sit 0-3. It's not the end of the world. If we win this week at Jests, then 1-3 is a result some here predicted. I still have hope that this team can play well and win some games. The Bills need to win a couple that we were expecting to be losses and string together a win streak. I know we cant win ONE friggin game right now, but anything can happen.... Regardless, I will be watching every snap of Bills football this year even they dont win one all year....
