  1. I was in the service, we took all kinds of precautions, lots of "workgroups" and other melodrama.

I woke up at 0030 and looked out the window, everywhere had power on and nothing was in flames. I checked the phone, it had a dial tone.

"It was all BS" I said to myself and went back to bed.

It’s crazy that if you just pick the cowboys beating the dolphins without picking any other games the bills playoff odds don’t really increase at all in the nyt simulator haha. Seems like their simulations see the wildcard as the easier path now

I get the impression that the NY Times simulator isn't very sophisticated.

I tried googling to see what the algorithm might be, but I couldn't find anything.

  3. Here is something positive---Joe Brady made a successful running game adjustment during the game.

Why is that notable? Because Brady is a quarterbacks/passing game coach by training. Despite that, he had the wherewithal to diagnose and fix a running game problem mid-game. The run is important to him.

Contrast that to Ken Dorsey the famed QB and QB coach--the running game was a secondary importance to him. His fix to everything was more Allen/Diggs. Dorsey was all about the passing to the neglect of everything else while Brady is the well-rounded coordinator.

This pick up was another one of Beane's great pick up's he has been a force & i hope with his help & experience they can bring a trophy to Buffalo !!

Yeah, this was a great pickup. Beane is underrated. Rasul Douglas was another great pickup. And Beane's draft picks are starting to pan out: Cook and Kincaid come to mind, but others as well.

Yes I have seen enough of Murray.  He is just too slow.  Showing No burst or power, especially on the short yardage goaline play.  I rather have josh to sneak like the game against cowboys.  I think fournette is upgrade over  Murray.

We think. We have no way of knowing at all. Fournette hasn't faced game-time intensity and contact since last year. Who knows if he has the burst, strength, and reflexes still.

That's why I'd like to see him play Saturday. Better we learn what we have ahead of time rather than experiment in the playoffs.

This is just typical Republican talking points…They always say they will replace Obamacare because it is red meat for the base…But they won’t do anything, in the end…👍

I wish the Republicans would do something about Obama Care. I just shopped the exchange for a 23-year-old's policy. It was $400 a month with high deductibles. Outrageous. Affordable Care my azz.

Hardy IMO was a GM mistake unless he is being misused. He is being paid a great amount for what he is doing .

Matt Araiza can be put on PS and elevated for 3 games.  He has not played for a long time,

I'd wait until the off-season. Sam Martin is settled in as holder right now. I wouldn't want to disrupt that chemistry this close to the playoffs.

Special teams are weak both kicking and returns.

Bills need to hire an assistant to special teams with knowledge of kicking who help our kickers get their groove back.

An ex-kicker would probably be best.

No need to fire anyone but they want to an extra kicker and put on practice squad that is fine also.

I'm not normally a "fire him" type of guy, but I have to say: we need a new special teams coach. 12 men on the field, and KO coverage lapses come to mind.

And the Bills sorely need a speedy return man. They got nothing. When Hines is recuperated, will he have his speed back? I don't know.

And Matt Araiza would be a nice upgrade to Sam Martin. Almost anything will be an upgrade to Martin.

    BUMP!!

The trip is going well.  Had Danny's Friday night.  Lovely server. Had The Poked Yolk for brunch Saturday. Then on to The Falls. Lots of construction so we couldn't walk on the observation bridge however admittance was free.   Ended the night at the new location for Bar Bill.

Cheers to an injury free game.

Bar Bill, Danny's and Polked Yolk... you're doing things on my TO DO list--and I LIVE HERE.

To be fair to myself, I live up North and don't make it to that part of town often.

Yes: cheers to an injury free game and I hope you have good rain wear.

Well, we have it, and the defense is capable at the every least, pretty good at its best.

By most fantasy sites, the Bills defense ranks in the middle of the 32 teams. Not good. Not bad.

I'm afraid that won't be enough. Not enough for a deep playoff run, maybe not even to make it to the playoffs.

I will be more optimistic if they hold the Cowboys down.

PS: McDermott better hire a DC next year. Being DC waters down his attention span in other critical areas.
