Some pretty unhinged comments here. Most are in jest. But there's always that one who takes it too far.
I hope a mafioso doesn't do anything stupid or embarrassing.

Great. Cannot look at it because Facebook decided I have "suspicious activity" because I use a VPN. I used to travel for work and sometimes my ip address changed every few days using public (hotel) internet. Tried to give an alternate to person with issue.
Companies do not like VPNs for it makes more difficult to target their ads.
Yeah. Everybody said "get a VPN, you gotta have a VPN, you're vulnerable without a VPN, get a VPN"
All it did for me was make browsing difficult. You had to disconnect it every time you want to do banking, or some other activities. It triggered CAPTCHAs like crazy. It was a real PITA.

Addiction posts usually bring out the d---s around here. Not so many today.
Irsay better dry out lest he find himself in a box.

Pegs is a great owner. We need it long-term.
He's 72, life expectancy is 77. I hope his estate transfers ownership to his children--other NFL owners have tried and failed to keep their teams in the family. Estate Tax is a B word.

Bass and Martin--I am more than concerned.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bills move on from Tyler Bass in the off-season. He has more than a case of the yippies--something fundamental is off.

The limit is odd. Guess they don't want to blow their "$20 fan shoveling" budget on just one game <insert Terry is cheap joke here>
Probably, hiring over 200 people makes the Bills organization subject to some obscure labor law that they are trying to avoid.

Never liked Daboll.
I remember when he was on the side line (before he moved up to the box) and he would be screaming at Josh Allen. Screaming is piss poor leadership, I know because I've worked for several screamers in the military. It's a miserable experience. Screamer's units always under perform and have poor morale.
I remember this season when Tyrod made a mistake at the end of the half, and Daboll was in his ear right away. The screaming didn't help the game outcome.
Therefore, I'm not surprised to hear of tension in the Giants organization.

I like watching the death penalty flip-floppers.
"The penalty is immoral and must be stopped.... except just this one time, for this one guy"

Semi-off topic.
Will there be a pinned thread on TSW tonight for Chiefs/Dolphins? Obviously a thread sustained by Peacock suscribers.
I want to know what's happening in the game.

How Shaggy from Scobby Doo has an enormous appetite times ten but is bone thin.
How every door is open for Joe Goldberg in You to do his things instead of breaking in. How he is never noticed spying on people because he has a hat on as well 😅
I know a guy like that in real life. Eat, eat, eat, and be thin.
Funny part: now that he is 60 years old he is still built like a pole, but has a tiny little pot belly.

In Mayo.. NE hires a thinly experienced, defensive mind to try and rebuild a club with mostly offensive problems.
I can't imagine they conducted many (if any) interviews. Where's the due diligence?
What are their plans at GM? That may be the bigger nut here. Belichick ran them into the ground. They need someone with the philosophy:
You've got to have a franchise quarterback.
--Brandon Beane, 2018
With Mayo, I think the Patriots are going to begin a drought. Maybe a solid GM pick will prevent that.

I would love to watch that game--I am pretty salty that it's only on Peacock.

To quote others here sometime ago: Beane is a Wizard.
He has a huge salary cap problem in 2024. Watching him address that will be primo entertainment.

it doesn't say why 169 was significant. Other than that is an achievement in itself. And deciding to announce it publicly is a step not everyone takes.
Keep it going Von. I don't know what else to say.
Most people who successfully battle addiction come public with it.. look at Von Miller and Poyer.
It's their way of holding themselves accountable. If they backslide, they're letting everyone in their corner down. It adds pressure to stay sober.

My curiosity is piqued. I wish you had a link to something to read.

I know we're Buffalo tough and all, but I don't like foul weather games.
Bad weather games remind me of the Bills/Patriots Hurricane Bowl game. Not a happy memory.

I'm not a 'GR guy but I am a routine listener of WBEN which is owned by Audacy.
I hope WBEN emerges unscathed from this--they are the best source of emergency information during a storm. WBEN was the source that told me of the 2022 Blizzard driving ban. I turned the car around and went straight home--WBEN probably saved me from being stranded somewhere.

The board was running sluggish for me.... now it's running like a hot knife through butter.
I wonder if SDS is making mid-game adjustments.
Kansas City at Buffalo in the Divisional Round!

Current status of the stands at Highmark: full of snow
More snow forecast: anywhere from 16 to 27 more inches
Are they going to be able to clear the stadium again? That's a lot of freak'in snow. I don't know where they'll put it.
