  1. I like the thoughts, but one game at a time. We have injuries, suspensions and need to get down to a 53 man roster. I'll scream if we use a spot for a "kickoff specialist" again. That being said, I am optimistic, as any fan should be at this point in time.
  2. Good sign, but still way early. I hope to see Henderson play soon. I hope Richie gets to game form soon. I hope that Glenn's ankle heals well and quickly. I hope that Mill's knee is OK. I hope... And that's only on the offensive line!
  3. It's not like Rex to do this. He usually sticks with a player too long. Belicheck would have cut him before this. The line opens the holes for the backs. Let's hope they continue to shine.
  4. Very funny! I liked Carpenter hitting himself in the face.
  5. New year. I want to see if our offensive line continues to improve. I want to see if Sammy is healthy. If those 2 things happen' watch out. Taylors numbers may not be as good, but we have a great shot at making the playoffs.
  6. I remember being the first car in the parking lot in 1985. It was 7 AM. We had a football, case of beer and a quart of SC. People started coming in at about 9. We shared what we had and were fed, plus had a great game of touch football until the lot became too full. There wasn't enough room for that kind of thing at the rockpile, so I'm sure that it started something like that the first game there.
  7. Any terrorist that would be foolish enough to go to Hammer's lot would never make it out alive. Either that or he would become one of us and learn what it's like to be on the short end of an abusive relationship. ;-)
  8. Finally some relief for the fans in Cleveland! It was hard to watch them suffer. Now it's our turn...
  9. I don't think it would work. After a couple of games, they would know our tendencies and shut us down. It would give the opposition too good of a look at our red zone offense.
  10. If the line gels as I hope they will, we could have this trio and do well.
  11. Tom Landry. Don Shula a close second followed by Lombardi. They would need some time to adjust to the rule changes, but I think they would excel.
