The Bills weren't down 20 points before that bizarre sequence of giving the Jags three TD's, and the Bills should have run more then IMO. Like in the Bills third series after McCoy gets five yards. The next play 2nd and 5 EJ sacked for -9 yards because there is nobody open downfield on a 7 step drop back. 3rd play pass again, punt. I know I'd have rather seen more read option with EJ using his legs, and more play action then constant shotgun all game.

At 3-4 the Bills are at the bottom of the division again after 7 games! After the bye week the Bills play the Dolphins at home where they haven't won a game yet. Then The 4-2 Jets, and the undefeated Patriots. I'm starting to think it was Mike Pettine who made Rex Ryan look so good with the Jets instead of the other way around.

Not on this team, with this years injuries. Cassel is playing on a better team in Dallas with a better coaching staff, better offensive line.

The way EJ was playing today I know I'd have rather seen more read option, and more run plays then 42 attempts passing. So I can sorta see the OP's point on this. 28 rushes was a decent amount but I'd have liked to have seen more run plays. More like 44 rushes, and 25 passes this game. That one play that had McCoy as QB, and the ball hit Woods in the backfield as he ran by was just a lame play call.

Instead of hiring another rookie GM who will need to learn as he goes it might be better to finally hire that team president, (football czar) and let him decide who he wants as GM, HC. I'd rather see the new owners hire that football czar that they started to want to hire in Bill Polian. Current Packer GM Ted Thompson might just fit that bill to run the Buffalo Bills football operations side as team president. I can recall other posters stating they would like to see a hire like this. I can also recall reading that it was Ted Thompson who hired Packers HC Mike McCarthy. That he drafted Aaron Rodgers when they still had Brett Favre as QB, and Thompson might have been the only man in the world who knew Rodgers was better without even have seen him start. Perhaps Thompson would hire Wolf as his GM, who knows. Current GM Doug Whaley has had three years to find a franchise QB, to build an offensive line. To find skill players that aren't made of glass, and not use two first round picks on them.

Bills fans just want to win, and have a meaningful season. I'm mean its now looking like 16 years Bills fans deserve better!! The Bills CEO told Terry Pegula that "he" would know who to hire after he spoke with all the potential candidates. Clearly neither the current GM or the CEO wanted to see this owner hire that football czar that was talked about, and since that didn't happen this is the result. Rex Ryan is a supposed defensive guru, and this years defense was supposed to be special. Just not short bus special. The defense is just plain not that good with so much top talent. The penalties still remain an issue with 10 for 87 yards in this last game. This means the team is just plain undisciplined in every aspect. Offense, defense, special teams The special teams stink this year, and not the punter or kickers. Just the base unit makes mistakes they shouldn't be making. Field position is so important in a game, and this years team kept screwing themselves against the Bengals. We all know last year Doug Marrone spent a lot of energy helping out his good friend Danny Crossman, and had extra active special team players every week rather then offensive players like WR Mike Williams who we kept inactive. Now without that extra help its looking like 2013 all over again. We all want Rex Ryan to be a winner it just looks like that isn't going happen. Another lost season.

why is he still throwing it This years Bills D was supposed to be great, and this lame Jag D is playing way better today I can't watch this anymore

The Cowboys are a much better fit for Cassel then he would be in Buffalo with the current offensive line, and their injuries. Cassel still sucks, and I doubt he plays any better in Buffalo then EJ did.
